Staff, breakfast and the quiet place. It is also just a few minutes walk from a train station with direct hourly connections to both Milan and Como.

No 24-hour reception. Our flight was delayed. They sent me a message that the hotel would close but luckily, I saw it, called them and asked them to wait form me. Had I not seen that message, the night would have not ended well.

The "3 star Hotel" on Booking.com is a joke, otherwise, would have rated Motel 6 a "Luxury 5 Star Hotel" if the same rating standard were employed. Please never be fooled by the picture and star rating on the web, or the distance from the Milan city center as advertised. This place is a cheap, badly managed, and family run Air B&B rather than a so called "Hotel", It's located in a remote residential area about 30 kilometers from Milan City Center. The building was poorly lighted at night that even the taxi driver was lost in the neighborhood though with the address on GPS. The lobby and hallway were also poorly lighted that reflects the management business idea to save the electricity on cost. The room is very small that only fits a double bed, a small desk, a chair, and a 24" TV. The bathroom had a leaking toilet, a 24" x 24" shower box with no bar soup for hand wash, Shampoo and body wash gel were packaged in the ketchup sized bags in a metal basket, no wash towels(only two big shower tows were provided), and no cups(not even the cheap plastic or paper cups were provided to the guest for drinking water in the room or brushing teeth). They charge EU6.00 extra per person to include the breakfast. However, the description of the breakfast offer on Booking.com sounds like it's already included in the room price. Worst of all, the breakfast tasted AWFUL. There were only cookies, limited pastry, and bread on the table for the "breakfast buffet". They offered us omelet. But the omelets were so much over salted that neither of us could eat more than 3 bites. We have the feeling that this family owned business is trying to save money on the guests by cutting the corners in every level of service and supply. The distance from the "hotel" to Milan Central Station on Booking.com is much understated that would cost EU60+ for a taxi ride. Overall, this facility is very much overrated by Booking.

Good location, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was quite decent.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable but it isn't too bad if you are there for a short period of time

A really nice stay!

Great place if You want to make any visits to Milano (~35min) or Como (~35min). You can meet very nice owner inside the hotel. Rooms were very clean, a breakfest was typical (good in fact) and a parking is in the front od the building. At the end You get low price for a stay.

If you sleep with open windows You can be awaken by local cars/music. I think it is a thing to be faced by everyone.

Lovely, familiar stay

The friendly staff, the nice breakfast, the room was very clean, really a nice stay :) Good location for travelers!

There were some musquitos in the room but ofcours that's difficult to avoid...

need just a place to stay over night but this hotel experience was wow!

a surprise effect! a small town and suddenly in the middle of it a small hotel. expected not too much and suddenly wow. a small hotel, clean, friendly staff. I guess I was the only guest. Despite being possibly the only guest in it i was offered an excellent breakfast which was served to me to the table due to the covid situation. an outstanding italian delicious pizzeria close by to have a bite in the late evening.
