Exceptional

Very friendly and accommodating staff from lady at front desk to staff looking after breakfast. Cleanliness was excellent and good selection for breakfast. Location is excellent and finally value for money is excellent. We had a treble room which was very large.

Very convenient and pleasant overnight stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere very clean. Nice breakfast. Excellent for overnight stay

Hotel room was sufficient for our stay. Friendly staff on check in and was a good basic room.

the hotel is quite dated and the en-suite was very tight for space … breakfast was typical continental but quite limited.

We thought it was a pleasant, good value hotel we could recommend..

Good variety at breakfast. Very obliging staff. Room had fridge. Spacious. Effective shutters. Very close to station and old town.

The one glaring omission. There was only a very thin blanket on bed.

Good for a brief stay in Fidenza

The staff were very helpful. One of the bathroom lights was flickering and they fixed it immediately. The hotel is well located, right next to the center and the train station.

The sofa in my room had certainly seen better days, so it detracted from the overall look and feel of the room. But everything else was okay.

Wouldn't stay there again. This was a 2nd choice on this occasion.

Staff were very friendly & polite.

A/c though efficient was very noisy. The walls are thin so every noise from outside including the hotel were audible.
