Le parking à l’entrée, l’accueil , la taille et la propreté des chambres, le petit déjeuner servi avec le sourire

A real gem!

The hotel team are great - very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is an amazing way to start exploring wonderful Heidelberg and surrounds. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Stay here. It's great

Friendliess. It felt like home. They really take care beautifully of this lovely old hotel and the service is terrific. Location is perfect for the castle and tge altstadt.

historical stay

breakfast was exquisite. stayed on the top floor , spacy room and bathroom. parking is easy just in fron of the hotel. hotel itself is an old building which was built in 1800s , historical stay

Lovely old hotel walking distance from everything

The husband of the couple was particularly friendly and helpful, taking our bags up to the room while we were out and telling us about the history of the place. His recommendation for a local café was perfect. He wore a mask during our interactions, which we appreciated.

The shower was quite tricky to get into and out of. It would have been lovely to have had air conditioning or a fan as the weather was very hot while we were there.

No kettle for tea making. The TV guide stated that it had BBC World News but there was no signal - minor point in the overall context.

Great location for easy access to the city center and the castle. Spacious room and balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff, reception 24hr. Architectural elements of the building. 9 Euro parking. Breakfast was served vs buffet style.

Wifi speed far below average, deeming is unusable. The rooms to the front are noisier than average for a city location due to the high frequency of bus traffic.

Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Quiet location.

A little further from downtown than I thought but enjoyed the easy walk. Bus next to hotel takes you right to the base of the castle tram.

Great stay with good facilities and amazing breakfast, offered by friendly staff

Great location near the Altstadt with parking at the front door. 24/7 reception was a bit odd, but at least nobody unwanted enters the hotel (you have to ring the bell to get in each time you go outside, both day and night). Great breakfast with very very friendly service. All in all a great stay in a beautiful building.

While the prices are nothing out of the ordinary compared to other hotels near the Altstadt, also keeping in mind that the breakfast and parking were included, I found the prices – compared to my other stays – quite steep. Then again, I only stayed for one night and didn't share my room with anyone, which usually makes a stay more expensive anyway.

Breakfast was perfect. It was very tasty and had a nice setting. The location was also convenient and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom was super clean.

Great location, Super polite and helpful staff

I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay near the old city. The location is excellent. The property is a traditional German building and the rooms are with high ceiling and spacious in general. The hotel is clean. The owners and staff are super polite and helpful. The breakfast, which is quite good to start your date, is served in a nice room respecting all the covid-19 regulations.
