Really conveniently located, very clean and well presented

Very friendly staff. Mattress was comfortable and we slept well. Nice offering of complementary snacks and juice. Great location right in the heart of Rhodes old town.
Our bathroom floor didn’t seem clean. The austere interior courtyard needs some TLC. Simple breakfast is an additional €10 per person.

Nothing
This was supposed to be a deluxe triple suite with an Old Town view but it
was a ground floor room which was dirty and had only been superficially cleaned. There were marks on the floor the corners of the room were dirty and the blind was stained.
The furniture was of very poor quality all made from cheap wood with the corner of the bed sharp and catching my leg when walking past. The wardrobe door was broken and there was no natural light as the window would open on the public courtyard which was dirty with cobwebs on the tatty furniture. So had to have the lights on all the time- felt like a prison cell.
The worst thing was the bathroom which was really just part of the bedroom with a plastic see through sliding door So no privacy to use the toilet - never ever experienced this before My husband and I had to got to a different part of the room if the other wanted to use the toilet. TV wires hanging down and the Tv jutted out around the corner as was mounted very badly on the wall.
Very cheap bedding and complimentary refreshments . The photos are false as the property has not been maintained and is a disgrace.
Even walking up to it there is cat and dog faeces and very tatty.

friendly staff!
The room was much smaller than the images suggested. The fridge was so loud at night, it was hard to fall asleep.

Staff was very kind and friendly, before and during our stay. Hotel is located in the Old Town center so everything is walking distance but still far enough to allow peace and quiet during the night. Room was always clean and tidy.

Good location - convenient but away from the noise. Working aircon!
Bed was too soft and room is loud if people are talking in the lobby/at front desk.

Little bit expensive rate for October

The little ancient square in front of the hotel.
A little too intensive/invasive messaging and phone calling before arrival (to know exact time, ferry number, etc.), and then when we arrived the hotel was closed (had to wait 5-10 minutes outside). Booked two rooms, exactly the same, but they had two different description and price (?). Rooms have a giant bath-tub in the middle, the bathroom is open-air right in front of the bed (but the WC at least is separated by a door).

location was great
we were in suite 8 which was large but not much closet space for 2 people and the bed was not comfortable

The styling was gorgeous. Location was great. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom in our room was lovely.
The room felt cramped. The breakfast was bad, we stayed 4 nights and only had it once. We didn’t want it again.

close to main streets but quiet. The bars and restaurants at a 2 minute walk were even better. Irene was fabulous and gave us excellent tips on eateries which were spot on. Complimentary bottle of wines, coffee pods, snacks, juice unexpected but thoughtful.
access to bath difficult. Would have expected brekkie included.

This was our second stay at Senses Boutique Hotel. The hotel is small, quiet, and very well kept. Irini, is a wonderful host! The hotel is situated off the main area but a very short walk to all that the Old Town has to offer!
There is nothing to not like.

Hello,
Great location and very nice host. Perfect place for those who want to explore the city and spend great evenings in small, charming restaurants in the heart of the city.
lack of balcony and moisture in the room - however staff was doing everything to make sure that it was very clean.

Location, staff, room...what else is there?
Great little hotel, setback from the noise of the centre but 2 mins walk from the centre and ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff! Deserves it's exceptional status!

Amazing location, very cozy and beautifuuul room. It was squeaky clean and all the complementary things (coffee, wine, sponges & co.) are a really nice touch :)
Not very good sound insulation.
