Good

I liked that the place was big enough, clean and had most of the equipment you need in the house.

First of all there was no key for the parking that supposed to be in the appartment and no one bothered to bring us one. Than when the aircondition is on is dreaping water in the balconi making a lake. There was no bulb in one of the bedside table and there is an ironing table but no iron. However, all this little things i am sure is a quick fix.

Cozy place

The apartment is nice, has airco, quite spacious with 2 rooms and a living. The kitchen has many useful tools and working technology. The bed and the place were comfortable, there are also two cozy balconies. Shower works good.

Things like detergent, broom and some bowls were missing. Small dinning table.

Disappointing

Extremely rood staff! The room was horrible, we had a terrible broken bed for me ,our baby and my partner.

Very good

The space was proper for a couple with an one year old. It had all the appliances we needed.

The building we were in was farther away from the beach than stated when purchasing. There were a lot of stairs and no alavator.

Next time I will chose different apartment/hotel

Apartment was big enough

There was no soap, no mosquito net, no broom - so you could clean the apartment after the beach. Towels were in bed condition, with the hole. Wouldn’t recommend this apartment to my friends

The apartment was super clean, everything was brand new.

The building we've stayed in was far away from the beach, not 1 minute away as it's advertised, more like 10 minutes away

the shower water pressure was very low and you had to shower with very cold water or very hot water. the smell from the bathroom sewer was horrible. the kitchen didn’t have any salt, pepper, or oil

Choose Bulgaria or other sea side location

Check the location before taking the keys- you may not have the parking space available. The location is close to the beach, ~ 10 minutes walk. The apartment in pictures marketed on Booking looks bigger, but the apartment size is good for 2 families with one children in each family.

The conclusion here is that when you sell something, make sure it exists and if the customer has problems, try to solve them because the customer pays for the services you sell. Knowing that the weekend we are going to be at the sea side would be very crowded, parking is a must. The announcement say that parking is available, BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTIED. You have a key to unlock the parking place, but when we arrived, the parking blocker has been broken and somebody parked their car on two parking spaces, one of which was ours. Solution: when you rent something with a parking space, make sure it exists and can be used (this includes the broken parking spot blockers). We've called the seller and they told us to leave a note on the car that was using half of our parking space so that maybe that person would move it. I haven't payed the double amount of what the apartment would worth to act as a detective to free my parking space. Solution: The seller can check in their database and see who took the apartment that has the parking space that is next to mine and call that person to ask them to move the car on their space.

The apartment was great as confort and size for 1 family with 2 cildrens,the rooms were clean and confy. The location is not far away from the promenada and beach,its almost at 500m distance to the amusement park and 1km away from the nearest beach. We had a great time in Mamaia Nord.

The penthouse was so good that the inconveniences were worth it. If fixed, it is a 10/10.

The penthouse was beautiful and had everything you need. It is very spacious, beautiful and clean that it shadows the inconveniences. If the jacuzzi and wifi were working, I would have rated the penthouse 10/10.

The jacuzzi was not working, unfortunately. Wifi was also not working during the first 2 days of our stay. Collecting the keys was quite difficult and the roads were quite bad (if you are driving carefully you won't damage anything). To some extent this is all normal in a new and developing area, doesn't take away too much from the experience as pretty much everyone in the area has to deal with it.

Small bathroom and the water got everywhere but thankfully the location had a mop
