Nice hotel with great location

Great restaurant staff - they were very organized and paid a lot of attention to all customers at the same time Food was always fresh and we always had a lot of things to choose from. Nice to have inside and outside pools with a bar for getting drinks. Nice design in the room with traditional elements. Very close to the lake and sea.

Even though I got 3 rooms, we came with just one car and couldn't find a single parking spot at the property. The bed was not comfy at all, It would be nice to have 2 chairs on the balcony instead of one.

Exceptional location

Exceptional location, lot of facilities and services. Large room with nice balcony. Pool bar selling full variety of drinks.

No more toiletries provided after first day. Moreover, very limited cleaning after first day. Small shower box. Very long queue for a coffee in the morning breakfast area.

Good location and a place with potential (needs renovation)

- The location was good, quite close to the sea and a nice lake. - The room with the twin bed was nice, clean and comfy. - The hotel stuff was nice and friendly.

- The suite was supposed (it was my expectation since it was a family of 3) to be with two beds, but instead it was a twin bed and a couch which was a nightmare to sleep on. - No elevator to reach upper floors with lots of luggage (just lots of stairs to reach 2nd floor in our case). - The hotel needs a remake as it seems outdated facility wise. - The restaurant wasn't so great (we had breakfast included but food not the best). - The parking bothered me since the parking spot was quite far from the entrance and no obvious place to park in front while unload... - No sidewalk to exit the hotel area to the main road, only road for cars (weirds, like only cars allowed there :)).

Superb

The nice cleaning ladies and staff. Plus the fact that there were sweet cats near the restaurant. This was a very big plus.

For breakfast, there were kids options that weren't available for adults. Made us feel old :))

Suitable for events or short stays

Close to the beach, quiet surroundings, nice pool. 3* rooms are actually nicer than 4*.

The fact that you could not pay with card at the bar inside the breakfast area of the hotel. Nor charge it to the room. I had to wait in line for a cup of coffee for half an hour during a busy weekend because I simply did not have cash with me at breakfast time.

Humidity in the room was too high. The sheets were smelling because of that. The light in the bathroom was not strong enough. Almost peach black in there. Cover duvet and sheets not made for cold nights. Floor was cold and with dark spots

would rent two rooms instead of apartment

amazing facilities, including indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as outdoor pool spa massage services provided by Mr Ionut were outstanding he managed to fit us into his busy schedule same day

we rented an apartment listed to sleep 4, but the couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable even to sit on and very difficult to sleep on

Overall I had a good stay.

I liked that the hotel was clean and most of the staff was helpful and welcoming.

I did not like that when we purchased the breakfast package we did not receive some guidelines with regards to the areas that are specifically reserved for all inclusive customers. Leaving us to feel embarrassed when we wanted to pick up some juice and the staff had to come and remove us from that zone. Would be nice either to move those items in a special room or area where other customers that are not all in inclusive would not have acces instead of being removed in front of everyone.

Greatest relaxation place at the Black Sea

This is the perfect location for a family vacantion. It has all at a fabulous level: two (2) great pools (inside and outside), jacuzzi, kids parties every evening. Rich and diverse breafast. Cleanliness at a high quality and very attentive stuff. I was abou the forget a very important feature: a great massage/ spa to complete great vacation.

Very good value for money, very good breakfast

Very good breakfast, with a lot of choices Nice staff, clean room, and nice surroundings. Quiet outside environment. We were in building 2 and the room had a large balcony. Room was quiet enough.

Bit smelly (like almost all seaside rooms), lack of parking spaces, no reception bar. The bathroom was quite small but clean.

The hotel and the personelle were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good 👍🏻 and also good coffee ☕ I recommend this hotel 😀
