The hosts are exceptionally nice. Heidi and Gerhart are the greatest hosts you can imagine. everything is very clean and very well managed. We can highly recommend to book at Cintsa Lodge.
all good no complaints

Location
The owners were rather rude to my partner for using their microwave to warm up our food, when there is no microwave in the room. This is in spite of them not serving lunch or dinner, and they were never at reception for us to ask questions/permission to do this. My partner's brother and his wife passed by on day 2 to see us briefly (we had asked for permission) and then again the rudeness came up as they had the nerve to ask him about his religion and checking what drinks he had in his hand. This is unacceptable and very invasive.

Cinsta lodge is a lovely b&b, with great views and a very nice breakfast. Heidi was a good host but we had a very bad experience, on Christmas Day, when Gerhard was extremely rude to us. Unfortunately, this ruined our day and the remainder of our time at the lodge was tainted.
Given the there were no restaurants with availability for Christmas dinner we contacted the hosts in advance to see if they had a microwave we could use. Upon our arrival we drank coffee and sat in the lounge area, Heidi and Gerhard offered for us to use the dining area should we wish to have our coffee and biscuits there. Later that evening, after the hosts left, we took our microwave meals to the dining room table. We were the only guests staying at the lodge and the table had been set for four so we assumed that we could eat there.
Halfway through the dinner, Gerhard came downstairs and aggressively slammed his hands multiple times to get our attention. He proceeded to shout at us for sitting at the table in his house. We were so shocked at the way he spoke to us and felt frightened by his aggressive behavior. After we apologized multiple times, he continued to shout at us. Never in our lives have we been spoken to so rudely by another human being, let alone by a host to whom we had paid a large amount of money to and on Christmas Day. We were so upset that we couldn’t even finish our dinner. We left the table exactly how it had been set. Perhaps we mistakenly thought we could sit at the table to eat our dinner but his behavior was completely unacceptable.
We were thankful to Heidi for being friendly to us for the rest of our stay but we were not able to relax and we felt like intruders in their home.
Furthermore, there were other issues including lots of ants in the bedroom (including in the bed) and a musty smell in the bedroom on the bottom floor.

The place was in a good location and cinsta as a whole was a very nice place.
The hosts were disappointing to say the least. They lacked care and enthusiasm. Considering how much it cost to stay at their place, their attitude was below par and I would not recommend the place at all.
