The room was spacious. It was neat and clean and excellent facilities and amenities were available

Good

Staffs are very cordial and helpful. Location view is good. Almost at the heart of the city. Overall environment is good. Restuarent staffs are good. Special name to mention are Mr.Mondeep and Ms Swata.

Ac or fan facilities could be a requirement. Sometime at night felt warming environment in the room while sleeping.

Exceptional

All the staff are very helpful and the location was awesome. Hotel washroom and rooms are very clean. The food taste was absolutely on point.

Payment system has to be online or card system. But they only have cash facilities.

Unbeatable location (as long as you don’t mind the train whistle in the morning), great staff across the hotel restaurant and spa

Horrible experience

Only 1 sub staff whose behavior was appropriate

Almost everything. No concern for the guests, no proper food facility in their in-house restaurant, front office people were confused most of the time. Charged extra money for the airport pick up than usual market rate. Having problems if guest wants to pay through credit card. No proper outside security barrier in the form of a wall or guard. Not at all value for money. Had to ask for toiletries and other items.

Worst Experience ever...

Location is the only good thing if one is okay with constant toy train whistle

The worst experience ever. The hotel didn't have proper facilities of either generator or heater or electric blanket. The hotel made us to suffer in 5* c temperature with just one extra blanket. As this was not enough there was no electricity for entire night 😡😡.. and in morning also it was there only for 2 hours...the staff was good enough to argue with us..😒.. they were really not bothered about the guests... We had booked it for two days but couldn't bare this torture for a day and checked out next day.

better to skip as this is quite far from Mall Road and not a very good,,

good location,, can see steam engine running all the time from window.. so nice

Family short trip

All the staffs was good, cooperative, including the room service was quick.

It's about the city you have to carry cash every time. Which is bit frustrating. Though the city is like heaven. Well enjoyed .

Service was extremely poor. I checked in at 4 o'clock but still room was not ready. I had to carry luggage on my own no one even helped me. complimentary water and tea was served when i asked for it. Room service was poor. Clealiness was poor.

One attendant was good and food portion was good

There was a constant water pump sound, guests banging on doors in the middle of the night. I could not sleep. There was no floor mat too.

Not to like anything..!! On arriving showed completely different room as shown in the images at the time of booking, later after having long discussion changed the room as there was smoking smell in the room with no privacy in the room, window opening in stairs.

No cleanliness, room sizes are quite small, not a healthy stay at all.

Value for money, better choose this hotel than any other hotel in same price

Room size

Walls of room, full of moist and fungus. They didn't provide WiFi as their WiFi is not working or might be they saving the cost. Better don't order food. They don't have any hygiene protocol.

Superb

Nice and Best Hotel right opposite to Darj Railway Station but you still don't get Noise ... Rooms are very nice and clean spacious... Food was also better but high on cost..its best location to stay where you can go to all shopping plaza
