For an overnight or weekend break,it is excellent .
Compact, but everything you need. The views are superb, and the hosts are extremely welcoming.
We stayed at the cottage adjacent previously that is owned by the same hosts and will be returning again.
We would highly recommend either property.
You can only get out of the double bed one-side, but that's due to the restrictions of the size of the waggon. But having said that, the bed was extremely comfortable.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The hosts were lovely people, friendly & helpful and if you needed anything at all you just had to ask.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean and Jackie had left tea/coffee, snacks etc. We had gorgeous weather so used the outdoor garden & patio plenty (table, chairs & loungers provided), it’s lovely & peaceful here. We had a meal in the village pub (10 min walk) which was good too.
We visited Blenheim Palace, Stratford & The Cotswolds - all lovely and a sort drive away.
Thank you Jackie & Geoff, we loved your Gypsy Wagon & everything was perfect 😀
Nothing at all - would love to return in the future

Beautiful Location the wagon was warm with the heater on and situated perfectly to watch the sunset. The hosts were nice and friendly and left some snacks out for us. Great location for visiting Oxford or Stratford.
Can't fault it.

Really lovely stay, nice little wagon. The hosts were great too, we were met by a lovely lady. It was warm enough in there and the heater warmed it up really quickly when it was a bit chilly. The bed was comfortable, there was a few little goodies in there like snacks and milk which was great. There was also tea and coffee.
It was all as expected.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The whole atmosphere of a shepherds hut deep in the Oxford countryside. The Lady and Gentleman of the site were friendly, helpful towards us. There was adequate heating inside and copius amounts of snacks and nibbles along with coffee etc.
Off road parking was also welcomed by loaded car travellers.
everything was fine

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 2 night break at the Cherry Tree Gypsy Wagon. The views are stunning and Jackie & Geoff are the perfect hosts, they made us feel very welcome!!!
The wagon is very cosy with nice little touches such as tea, coffee & milk together with porridge and muffins for breakfast.
The perfect place to unwind, we look forward to returning in the future.

Location was great - lived up to the photos. It was quiet, private and comfortable. Great to have tea and breakfast provided.
It wasn't clear from Booking.com that the shepherd's hut was in the grounds of a pub - the implication in the description was that it was in a private garden. This wasn't a problem as there was no pub noise and it had the added benefit of access to the pub! Also had a bit of trouble finding the place - if I had known it was attached to the pub, I would have found it straight away.

The village is so cute and the views were exceptional! You really feel at one with nature but with the luxuries of a SUPER comfy bed, private bathroom, tv, fridge and fire. The owner couldn’t of been lovelier, she left us some oats, muffins, milk etc. which was so sweet. You can also order food and drinks to the Shepard’s hut until 8pm which was a nice touch (with vegan options too!). I 100% recommend going here, perfect stay!
Everything was perfect!

First stop on our mini moon tour of the cotswolds and it didn't disappoint. The Gypsy Wagon was quirky and in a great location. Our hosts were amazing, taking the time to make sure we always had everything we needed and even gave us some guidance on local spots and sights to visit. Definitely worth considering if you are stopping in the area.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The wagon is so sweet and cosy, the heater made it toasty in a very short time. The breakfast foods and snacks provided were just right and the dinner menu was a nice touch as I turned up tired with no dinner. The location is so pretty with a lovely view and very peaceful. There are walking routes on the doorstep too. I’ll definitely be returning.
