Really good!

It was beautiful! The owner was super helpful and let me leave the luggage before the check in time. The apartment had few basic things that helped for a great experience like a water filter, coffee powder, sugar, salt. Perfect! I hope other hosts had in mind how this simple things make to the experience!

The internet was weak! Not good for distance working,

Maravilhosa

O apartamento é muito aconchegante e completo. Possui todos os utensílios pra quem deseja preparar a própria refeição. Os anfitriões foram muito solícitos e atenciosos. A localização é maravilhosa e o prédio é muito organizado. Quando voltar a São Félix com certeza escolherei novamente a acomodação.

Apartamento agradável em uma boa localização, extremamente barulhento (mesmo sem um palco)

A arquitetura da casa está bem resolvida. Bom gosto, com pouco esforço e meios simples.

Durante a nossa estadia, havia um palco de música ao ar livre ao lado. Não durma até às 2h da manhã. A partir das 5 horas da manhã volta a ser alto, cada moto passa acusticamente pelo quarto. Tivemos que encurtar a estadia e saímos mais cedo. Locador recusa reembolso.

Frustrante.

Na descrição do booking o apartamento dispunha de dois quartos com duas camas de casal, e na verdade só havia um quarto, e que não correspondia às imagens do anúncio. O proprietário foi irredutível no momento de resolver a situação, ainda cobrou um valor a mais, então não me senti satisfeita com a experiência. Já havia ido ao local anteriormente e a partir de agora não vou mais. Não indico.

Banheiro único e pequeno, para o alto padrão do apartamento.

Espaço criativo numa excelente localização. A atenção do proprietário foi um dos pontos altos. O lugar, repleto de histórias, é desconhecido e o potencial de São Felix e região me surpreendeu.

Very good

Appartments are big and comfortable. Well equiped with a nice bottle of water in the fridge when you arrive and possibility to make coffee in the morning.

Good stay in nice appartment

Spacious apartment. Nice design of the entire building in very good condition. Nice shared rooftop to stay and drink a beer with a nice view on the bridge. This all in a very beautiful town. The town also feels save to walk around.

Ok for a few days...

The loft was nice and cozy. Air conditioner keeps the whole place nice and cool. 2 washers and a big dryer. Awesome patio on the roof with a great view. Building was very safe.

Stayed in apt 1 ground floor no direct airflow through unit. Shutters to gated entryway/courtyard. Window in loft does not open. A through cleaning had not been done, something sticky had splashed across the bookshelf and the floor. Overall a good, not great value. Wi-fi in this unit was weak. Very strong on upper patio.
