Welcome to Northgate Station, a charming retreat located just a short 5-minute drive from Kyle Field. This delightful four-bedroom, two-bath home is infused with Aggie spirit and designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, making it the perfect destination for family gatherings and friends' reunions. As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious living room, complete with ample seating and a flat-screen TV, creating an inviting atmosphere to watch your favorite Aggie sports.
One of the standout features of Northgate Station is the flex space that doubles as a den or fourth bedroom. With elegant glass French doors, this room exudes a warm, welcoming feel. It features two daybeds, providing additional sleeping options and serving as a cozy spot to unwind after an exhilarating day at Kyle Field.
The open-concept dining area seamlessly connects to the living room, featuring a table that comfortably seats six. The heart of the home lies in the kitchen, boasting white cabinets, a stylish subway tile backsplash, and elegant black granite countertops. Fully furnished with all the essential cooking tools and a new stainless-steel refrigerator, making it easy to prepare everything from hearty family dinners to game day snacks.
Step outside to the expansive backyard, designed for entertainment and relaxation. With two patios shaded by mature trees. The furnished screened-in porch is a serene retreat for conversation and camaraderie. The spirited Texas A&M flag mural painted on the side wall of the garage makes for a fantastic backdrop for family photo shoots, capturing memories of your time in Aggieland.
Situated off Nagle Street, Northgate Station is steps away from the vibrant heart of the Northgate area, one of the most popular destinations in Aggieland. Leave your cars in the double driveway and take a stroll to enjoy live music, dance the night away, or challenge friends to a game of dominos at the iconic Dixie Chicken. Numerous delectable eateries are nearby, including Porters Steakhouse, Chimy’s, CAVA, Hopdoddy Burgers, and Mo's Irish Pub, not to mention the option to catch a movie and dinner at Star Cinema.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood, and parks.
8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in the dual driveway and has street parking available as well. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are only allowed in designated fire pit. Firewood is not provided; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch; put it back in original position and clean it after each use.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom) and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan- College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. Trash dumpsters are located on the garage side of the house.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds, shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added of $250.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

My husband, kids, and I stayed here with my extended family for an Aggie game. We’re all Aggies, and go to one together each year. This place was perfect for all of us, and the outside was great for the kids! Property management was very responsive to questions or requests. I am keeping this on our list for future stays! One thing to think about if you have small children or babies is that there were a good amount of loud parties at other houses around us on Friday night. This is a college town, though, and this neighborhood appears to have a heavy student population, so it should be expected. Although I’ve been told the city of Bryan usually responds quickly to noise disturbances. All in all this was a great stay, and I’d recommend to anyone. Oh! Couldn’t get enough of the available parking!

We came for Santa’s Wonderland and had a great time. The house was clean and well appointed. We had plenty of room for our family of 10 in total. The property owners were responsive and helpful and the house was better in person.

The house was an amazing location just a few blocks from campus and easy few minutes drive to restaurants , dancing, and grocery store. We easily slept 8 and could have comfortably double up in most of the beds. Kitchen is highly functional, backyard is large, and the two driveways was very helpful.
Do not let the Bryan address concern you if you are wanting to visit campus. It is closer and with easier access to TAMU than most places in College Station.

Winter stay
Overall it was a good stay. Didn't really have a range of games for the family, so you might want to bring your own. We ended up losing outlet power in the kitchen. Luckily the stove is gas top so we were still able to cook. It is in a nice area near a lot of food and very close to walking trails as well. Good yard size, just know the backyard is clear fencing so you can see everyone around you and they can see you.

Escape to Aggieland
My family evacuated to this property during Hurricane Laura. The property manager was great and was very helpful. Place had everything needed for pet. AC wasn’t working night one but they did get someone over the next day to resolve that issue. One of the bathrooms in the home is very dated but overall the home was clean and in a great location.

Exactly perfect. The house is even nicer than the pictures, finished out well and is a great spot. Easily accessible to campus and restaurants and in a super quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place I’d book again!

Convenient to everything! Plenty of space!
First off, I want to thank Aggieland Vacation Rentals for being so fast to respond to any inquiries we had. They made sure we could get into the house two hours earlier than planned. This was just a great house, and perfect for what we needed. We were in CS for my son's Aggie Ring Day and had two pairs of grandparents, and family in town. Having the house allowed everyone to relax and visit in a non-crowded, comfortable location. So much better than a hotel lobby or hotel rooms! There are two driveways for parking. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space. We did not cook, but brought C & J's barbeque back to the house for lunch, had a celebration dinner at Christopher's World Grille, and had coffee the next morning. There is a Keurig, and everything you need for coffee. The family also has some wonderful history, and we really loved looking at the photographs and reading the newspaper articles. We have only a few minor suggestions which really weren't inconveniences at all! There were plenty of nice fluffy towels in the shared hallway bathroom, but only one washcloth. Also, when we arrived, that same bathroom sink and toilet looked awful because there was something splattered across them both--probably just old rusty water. This is an older home, and it just looks like something may have sprayed out of the sink if there was some sort of momentary issue in the water line. This was not a big deal at all to us -- I just quickly cleaned it up. We would certainly rent this house again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay! Thank you to the family for sharing it with us!
