This 1 story ranch, 4 bedroom, sleeps 8, with air mattresses for a max of 12 guests per stay. Ample driveway and street parking, plus a spacious covered back patio and screened gazebo. The Hendrix Haus features open floor plan kitchen & dining, with a custom built Texas farmhouse table for 12 with bench seating, stainless appliances including convection oven and french door fridge. Keurig coffee maker w/complimentary coffee/tea selections, Margaritaville Margarita Machine for celebrations. Plush bedding and bath comforts, complete with Hendrix Haus luxurious adult bath robes for guest stays. Outdoor screened gazebo with ceiling fan, and string lights. Back patio area with rocking chairs, ceiling fan plus fabulous custom built swing bed. Pellet grill available on back patio. Ample room for outdoor events. This was the perfect property for our family and friends to celebrate our A&M graduate. The home was beautifully decorated with all A&M............plenty of room for our celebration, we loved the huge dining table where we could all sit together. The location was good and the home was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped from spices for cooking, perishables for waffle iron use, and offers to provide anything we needed in anticipation of our arrival. Back porch swing and gazebo are awesome, and the beds are the most comfortable beds ever. Just a marvelous place…highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend in Aggieland!
Our family of 10 stayed at the Hendrix Haus for an Aggie football weekend. The Aggies won and so did this VRBO!! So clean, cute and in a great location! It had great spaces for all of us and room to spread out. Great backyard and outdoor spaces! Planning already to stay their again!

Weekend Getaway
We spent the weekend here to visit with friends in the area. The kitchen table was awesome for dinners and game night! Kitchen is fully stocked and you do not need to bring anything for entertaining. Great space - in & outdoors
Great stay- milk & eggs in fridge was so helpful for our family arriving very late in COVID times & cautious about eating out. Perfect outdoor space to gather & give everyone some distance while being together too. We all (3) worked from the house as well- WiFi perfect & can close doors to enough spaces for us to be on multiple calls as well. Worth every penny! Fenced backyard for our pet & garage also most helpful. Highly recommend.

lovely in every way
A great place to relax with family and friends. Super great host in the property owner...warm, friendly, flexible and attentive. We didn't have any extra needs during our stay, but it was a good feeling knowing we were just a phone call, or text away from resolution should we have had any issues, or needed additional information. Even better that the house was perfectly stocked, with complementary snacks, drinks, water, and wine, so we needed absolutely nothing but to sit back, relax and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back for other special occasions.

This home is the perfect getaway for a Gameday weekend! The home is beautifully decorated and contains every amenity you didn’t even know you needed. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing. Cheri is wonderful to work with and a wonderful host. We can’t wait to return again!

This lovely home nestled in a nice and peaceful neighborhood is a true gem! The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The kitchen was supplied with numerous staples which we thoroughly enjoyed! The property is cozy, the yard is ample and all the amenities were spot on! After attending an Aggie football game, we returned to the house, made dinner and played games well into the night on the huge kitchen table! It was so comfortable, we saw no need to go out! I can highly recommend this property; in addition to an awesome home, the owner is the best!

We throughly enjoyed relaxing at the Hendrix Haus! It so close to A&M and tons of restaurants and shopping opportunities. The property is charming and adorned with the perfect touch of old, new and country. Cheri is a gracious host and goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable and to equip the home with everything you need for your home away from home... snacks, milk, eggs, waffle mix! OMGosh, the beds are so comfortable! If you find yourself in College Station for a game, concert, graduation, etc., this is the perfect place to stay! I can’t wait to go back!

The owner of Hendrix Haus, Cheri has found her calling as a 5 star hostess! We can't thank you enough for your thoughtfulness in making sure we had everything needed for a memorable weekend at your lovely little house. It was perfect! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Maybe next time! This house has the most comfy beds, very cozy and well stocked kitchen and nice outdoor area (unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't really enjoy that part). It is located in a nice, quiet area that is not congested with heavy traffic which was another plus. Hendrix Haus will be our first choice when planning our next trip to the Bryan/College Station area.

Fantastic!!!
From the Aggie decor to the soft linens and snacks laid out for our arrival, our host thought of everything to make our stay just perfect! Our host made sure the Hendrix house felt like coming home - it was decorated with beautiful Christmas decor including a lovely tree. We came to College Station for my daughter’s graduation, and had family over for lunch and this house was perfect, and kept so very clean. The large picnic style table in the kitchen accommodated many people, and the wonderful outside seating was great for other guests. We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. We will definitely be back to the Hendrix Haus!

Beautiful home in a great location — less than a five minute drive to football game day shuttle bus. Owner did an extraordinary job decorating and prepping for our family visit. It’s clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Just a 10 minute drive to A&M. Overall we were thrilled with the experience and would definitely stay there again. Special kudos to the owner for such exceptional service!
