Luxurious stay to a small boutique hotel close to city center

Friendly and kind staff. Amazing breakfast as well as the room/location. Overall the hotel was really nice,our room was great,especially the indoor jacuzzi

Fabulous boutique hotel. Great staff. Shout out to Olga on Reception Loved the hot tub on the terrace outside the room. Super comfy bed and lovely pool and pool bar.

There is nothing I did not like. This small hotel is first class.

Exceptional

We enjoyed that Hotel. Great design, delicious breakfast, polite and helpful service, all was great. We are going to come again for sure. *We really liked the personality of Eva at reception!

They hotel is good for a long weekend. Whilst the facilities are well maintained overall the hotel is tightly packed in.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned to a very good standard.

The hotel has only 18 rooms and is located on the busy main road for the island. aIt is tightly packed in and there is no privacy to the development. The rooms have very thin walls and you can hear pretty much what your neighbours are doing.

I expected more service and a nicer room at the hotel. the hotel room looked like it was under construction with no part

the property has a fantastic view over Skiathos- the hotel has a very nice pool and surrounding outdoor area

The service was poor except for the bartender who was very attentive. The breakfast buffet in the morning was quite disorganized and not very clean.

Fab stay at KB Ammos

Location was excellent- It was a 5/6 minute walk to the beach and 12 minute walk to the town , easy to get around All the staff were really good , from reception, pool , cleaning and especially breakfast . We are a couple and travellled a lot and this boutique hotel is one of the few we have not even the slightest issue

The perfect hotel for couples

Beautiful Hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything seems quite new, clean and stylish. The private pool gives each room a luxurious feeling and the location is perfect for walking into the lovely town of skiathos every night. Excellent breakfast buffet with a great variety of freshly prepared food every day. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, couldn't be happier with our choice and would recommend the hotel to everyone planning a trip to skiathos.

Too expensive

The hotel can offer an extremely friendly service with courteous personal. The breakfast was ok, the coffee was very good. On the last day they prepared an early-bird-breakfast for us because we had to leave the hotel before breakfast regularly starts.

We paid EUR 1.550 for 7 nights in a deluxe double room in August 2019. Instead of a garden view we had a view directly into the neighbour’s rooms causing a lack of private sphere. We had to remain the curtain closed permanently which led to a dark room. The furniture had a low quality, especially the entrance door and the windows did not offer an adequate noise protection from the highly-frequented street next to the hotel. Beyond that the shower in the bathroom had a leak so that we have flooded the bathroom with every shower.

Lovely little hotel!

Small, cosy hotel with great atmosphere. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and a great choice at breakfast which you wouldn't expect at a boutique hotel. The pool and bar was a welcome place to relax during the day. The town is only 10 mins walk away and the nearest beach less than that. All the staff are very friendly and attentive which made our stay such an enjoyable one. Highly recommended.
