Perfect location. Warm fire on a cool and rainy night. Laundry facilities. Hostess provided eggs, milk, bread and juice. Jellies and butter. Tea/coffee sugar and creamer!
The road is extremely narrow with stone walls to maneuver around.

Doolin Heights was an excellent stay! Joan and Pat were great host and very accommodating brining us everything we needed to make breakfast! That was so sweet!
That we couldn't stay longer!

Gorgeous views!! Clean and comfortable - family friendly. Walkable to a great town along a quiet roadway beside farmland and cows grazing. Perfect if you want privacy but near town. Would stay again in a heartbeat - hope to do so. Great host!
Nothing to not like.

Loved the spacious venue, even nicer than the photos. Everything was spic and span, and Joan v helpful with everything.
Nice to have milk and bread, etc, ready for the morning. And of course, we appreciated the coffee for the coffee maker.
We enjoyed the stroll into Doolin each evening while listening to the birdsong
Also enjoyed views from our windows!
Nothing!

Excellent place to stay! The little building was very comfortable and well furnished. Bathrooms were very nice, everything felt clean. Short drive or 15 min walk to main Doolin strip, very easy to get around. It was easy to use the heating (which worked very well and kept us cozy) and the washer/dryer worked great. It was quiet, your neighbors are cows, and it's up a classic irish farm road to get to the building. Host was very responsive and helpful. It's a very nice place, I'd definitely use it again to stay in Doolin!
Honestly, nothing! It was very, very nice.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable for our 4 adults and 2 children. All modern conveniences!
Great place to start and end our active days. Hostess even stocked basic necessities, e.g. coffee, tea, milk and bread.
Really can’t think of anything.

We rented the Doolin Heights apartment for 4 nights. We are a family of 6 - 2 seniors, 3 adults and 1 child. The apartment is actually a house located behind the main home of the owners. While the pictures show a place that looks old, it is actually a fairly new construction. The owner greeted us and provided information about the locate area. We travel in private transport so we did not have a car. While the property was a 20 minute walk to Doolin it was a safe road and we were able to get transportation when we needed it. It was a lovely location and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The property was a little more spacious than the photo's indicated and was in a great location for getting around and seeing the sights and was only a short distance (walkable) in the evening time for food / drinks. The property was exceptionally clean and there was everything in there that you would need including 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 shower/bathrooms. Overall, very impressed and would definitely book this property again. Joan the host was very obliging and easy to talk to and was only next door if needed.

Beds were ok, but a bit hard.

beautiful farm property up on a hill with views of the farm, the Atlantic, and the Cliffs of Moher-the house was lovely!

Literally EVERYTHING! You will have the entire building to yourself. Not really an "apartment" as I think of one. It's really a small house. Rooms were clean. Each had its own FULL bath. Water was hot. Washer and dryer worked well and detergent is provided. Appliances are new and clean. Views are spectacular. Location is perfect... easy into Doolin but very private.
Literally NOTHING. We are planning a return trip for a 50th birthday and I have already started convincing the group to stay at Doolin Heights Apartment. We had no complaints at all.

Clean, functional apartment in a spectacular setting. The walk to town is about 15 minutes, which we considered an advantage because otherwise we wouldn't have been able to experience the beauty of the land stretching from Doolin town out to the coast -- it is all private residential/farmland but sparsely developed and gorgeous. We really enjoyed watching the horses right outside the windows. Finally, Joan generously gave us a ride to Hag's Head so that we could do the one-way 8-mile hike along Cliffs of Moher back to town without stranding our car out there.
This is a minor nitpick but there were some incomplete buildings under construction on the property, which were a minor detraction from the views. Also the wifi is a bit spotty but Joan was responsive in resetting the router if it went out.

Under the sink, smelled of drain /bad odor in the kitchen - think it’s just the plumbing and not necessarily anything the host didn’t do.

Just great

The location was stunning and the apartment was spacious, spotless and had very comfy beds. Just a 15min scenic walk down to the town area where there is a variety of eateries and a short walk from the pier. The host went out of her way to be hospitable too!
The accomodation is very rural and no grocery shop near by. This isn't a deal breaker as the location and accomodation was so great, but hiring a car or being prepared to pay for taxis is a must.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. The location of the property, minutes from the sea and boasting lovely views, was superb. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and was very quiet and peaceful. However, it is only a short stroll from the village of Doolin.
Nothing, everything was as we wanted.

Stunning location - modern house - very well equipped. Fantastic service from the host. Three decent size rooms with en suites. House very warm. Close to nearby village of Doolin and a short drive to the Cliffs of Moher. Were fortunate with excellent weather. All in all couldn't fault it. Highly recommended (travelled with kids from UK)
