Todo en general estuvo muy bien!! Sobre todo la zona de ocio!! Nos hemos divertido muchísimo. Rita y Jose son unos anfitriones de excepción !! Han sido encantadores y muy atentos en cada momento !!

Pool and Rooftop terrace. This is everything you want in a villa, the Pool was a fantastic size and 30°, the Internet was reliable, there was plenty of space for everyone to congregate or have their own time. We couldn't have wanted more! Add into the mix that nothing was too much trouble for the owners and you have the perfect holiday recipe!

Wonderful, spacious villa with fabulous pool area, hosted by a wonderful family!

Wonderfully spacious villa with a fabulous outdoor and pool area which is well maintained. Rooms all well equipped and decorated so pretty. The villa has everything you could ever possibly need, nothing too much trouble for the owners and they were fast to reply to all queries before and during our stay. Our sons loved the downstairs games/gym area and it enabled us to steal some quiet time by the pool! A perfect place for a relaxing family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle.

Absolute perfect Villa. Wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly. Villa was spotlessly clean, pool was great, games room/gym was fantastic. We loved sitting on the roof terrace watching the sunset. Surrounding area is very quiet, would recommend hiring a car to get around. Roughly a 15 minute walk to silves town, good choice of restaurants and a Lidl for shopping. Not got a bad word to say, perfect place for a family holiday. 10/10!!!! We will definitely be going back and recommending to friends! Thank you José & Rita 😊

Exceptional

Villa was absolutely amazing, pool nice and warm and all facilities were very nice. Rooms and beds clean and tidy.

Fantastic stay, would certainly go back again.

Loved the pool, the games room, the outdoor kitchen. Rooms were big and stayed cool. Short drive to a lovely beach and a water park. Silves had great restaurants and a big supermarket with everything we needed. Rita and Jose were very friendly and gave us their numbers in case we needed anything. Were flexible when we realised we had to check out earlier than we originally thought.

Nothing major. Wifi was a little patchy. There was no key for the downstairs bathroom. Neighbourhood dogs had a lot to say!

Amazing villa & very well equipped everything thought of, the villa itself was spotlessly clean, the outside space did it for us we loved it & the pool was amazing couldn't get the kid's out! Will definitely come again. Kids also loved the table tennis & pool table !

An amazing holiday

By far our favourite area was the swimming pool, we requested it to be heated and it was perfect, we were in it every day throughout our stay in October. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was loads to keep us entertained from DVDs, roof terrace and a gym. Silves is a 20 minute walk away but uphill on the way back!

the sofa could have been a bit comfier but that is literally the only thing that could have been improved.

Superb stay with wife and kids: this Villa is such an hidden gem, I can't wait to come back

Check-in and check-out process were easy and the house is so cozy it makes you feel like home! Everything is top: from the cleanliness, to the facilities (it seems that nothing is really missing on every division). The outdoor area is absolutely great, it's so quiet and relaxing. This house is ideal for families and I will definitely come back! Thanks for the hosts for such a friendly welcome and superb communication during the stay.

Perfect stay for families with kids

The heated pool was the best part of our holidays, especially this time of the year when staying with little kids. A very spacious well equipped villa, providing lots of space inside and outside. Very clean and kids friendly environment. Hosts were brilliant from the very first contact and greeted us there on the day of our arrival and showed all around.
