We were so pleased with this home. The house was super clean, everything is new, and fully equipped. The rooms are super spacious. Chantal is a super host. The apartment is close to the train station , across the street from a park and many great restaurants. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely loved this place! Each room was stunningly gorgeous with it's own fridge containing ample supply of waters. The rooms were dark which lead to deep sleep. The kitchen was stocked with a espresso machine with endless pods, which was a wonderful surprise! The unit was stocked with many little extra things that came in handy for use during our stay such as power adapters, scissors, pens, etc. The location was walking distance to most everything including the train station and overlooked a beautiful park. I felt very safe and comfortable in these luxury accommodations.

This property is luxurious and amazing. The rooms and accommodations are top-notch. The host was very nice and extremely responsive. I highly recommend it! My only caution is that you realize that it is in a neighborhood close to the train station and there are homeless people around. I never felt unsafe but you should be aware.

The pictures do not do this home justice… It is truly beautiful in person! Every room was beautifully appointed, including the bathrooms. The air conditioning was an amazing bonus!! Especially with the high 90° temperatures we experienced while on vacation (I have had many friends visit Rome, and say, even though their VRBO list air conditioning, it is not reliable. That was definitely not the case here!) When we originally arrived, we were nervous that the home was not in the best area of town. However, the door was plenty secure to the apartment building as well as to the home. We never felt uncomfortable while staying. The bonus was it was a one minute walk to the train station.
The communication with the homeowner was impeccable! She was prompt with every response and even helpful with helping us navigate the city with recommendations. Our flight arrived around noon, and she was super accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage and expediting the cleaning of the house so that we could have access to it sooner than the advertise time. It was so amazing visiting a foreign country and having a host be so kind, if we ever come back to Rome, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

This was our first night in Italy and it was very convenient to the train station and metro. The rooms were nice and big and had American approved air conditioning. It was very hot and this was the only place we stayed where we felt adequately cooled. Clean and the owner was easy to contact. I would stay there again.

The host was amazing and very communicative. This home is beautiful and spacious and even has a cute little balcony. I think our only issue was that from the outside it isn’t appealing due to the graffiti and homeless sleeping nearby. However, the neighborhood did feel really safe and there was a lovely park right across the street. It was also very easy to walk to restaurants. We even walked to the coliseum and the pantheon from here! This place provided plenty of room for our family of ten!

We are a family of 10. We came to Rome to start a 2 week vacation in Italy. This home was perfect for us with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It was very clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. Wu was an incredible host and very kind. Refrigerators in each room had water. We had one small issue with the bathroom door and she immediately responded and came to the home. Location is perfect for the metro and train. It was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. If you’ve never been to the Roma Termini station take time to go. There are many very nice stores. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location was because of the many homeless people at night who slept at the doorstep. They were kind and moved immediately when they saw us but it was unsettling for the younger girls in our group coming and going. Do not be swayed by the graffiti - think of it as wall art! The interior is spectacular. Wu is so amazing she provided extra hair dryers once I told her we have 5 daughters!! I highly recommend a stay at Kings Home in Rome! You will not be disappointed.

Kings Apartment is a hidden gem just steps from the Metro and easily walkable to the Termini train station. Extremely convenient for getting around Roma and taking daytrips via regional/high speed trains. The apartment is well appointed and has huge bedrooms, though a bit small on communal space. There are certainly nicer overall neighborhoods in Rome, but you would be hard-pressed to find another rental that combines the convenience of transportation accessibility with the such large and well-furnished sleeping accomodations. The bathrooms were very modern and large for Italy-standards.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kings Home and especially appreciated its location near the train station and Metro.

There were six of us and we all enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The only negative comment we had was it was near the trolly and what we thought was thunder was actually the Metro running near the building.

The house was absolutely beautiful . There was 8 of us and we each had our room and ensuite . It was very clean and our hostess was the best . She was there waiting for us with a smile . I would certainly go back there again and refer all my friends .

We were a family of 7 and had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Everything was immaculate and nicely decorated. Chantal greeted us and explained everything to us in detail. Each room had a refrigerator stocked with waters, teapots and tea bags were provided. There were extra towels in each bathroom also. We were very impressed with Chantal’s attention to detail and her efforts to make her guest’s comfortable. You will not be disappointed with this apartment!

Great way to end our stay in Italy. The 5 bedrooms were huge (we only used 3) and the bathrooms were nice. The living room wasn’t big enough to comfortably fit all 6 of us but we were always on the go so it didn’t matter that much. The host was very responsive. We felt very safe and secure at this location too. It was near the train and bus station which could be a bit noisy at times. Overall we loved it and would stay here again!!

Thank you for hosting us - the apartment was very spacious and clean. Easy to get to main attractions in the city as well.

Beautiful 5-bedroom property convenient to a train station and metro stop. Owners were great at check in and providing suggestions and recommendations before we arrived in Rome. Loved being next to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, a vibrant, family friendly park, and lots of restaurants, gelato shops and stores nearby. Despite the heat of July, the property was comfortable. We were 7 adults and barely fit around the dining table or together in the sitting room.

Rooms were impeccable and clean. Cute little terrace to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. Location was very convenient to subway and trains. The TVs had access to Netflix which was nice. Nice attention to details. There was a cafe just around the corner and a convenience store downstairs that we frequented daily. Check-in with host was easy. Would definitely recommend.

If you are going to Rome with a large group, I would HIGHLY recommend this property. The home is beautiful and the owner was so approachable, kind, and accommodating. If I am ever in Rome again, I will not hesitate to book this property.

We stayed four nights and it was absolutely a great place to stay. The listing description/photos are highly accurate and confirmed that my choice was made wisely. Our host was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and highly responsive to our questions and requests. The bedrooms and accompanying baths were better than most 4-star hotels. Area is quiet and is in easy walking distance of the Coliseum, Roman Forum, and the Termini rail station.

Planned a quick Rome adventure and our tour required us to stay inside a certain distance from the city center.
Thankfully I found this amazing spot inside the required distance but also large enough to comfortable accommodate 10 people. Chantal was excellent in communicating and responding to requests. The place is gorgeous. It has it all! Location, luxury and a great host.

This place had everything to make this stay special! It had throw away slippers so you wouldn’t have to worry about going bare footed! They had a quaint balcony that you could enjoy your morning Cappuccino which was conveniently downstairs a stones throw away from the property! The host was spectacular and we couldn’t have asked for a better pit stop to the Amalfi Coast!

The apartment has been re-done and decorated to look both authentically Italian and gorgeous. It’s incredibly clean and about a 7 minute walk( with bags) from Rome Termini train station. Please don’t be put off by the outside appearance of the building(some graffiti). It’s so worth it inside!

We have a group of 9 adult friends, some couples some just friends. Havoa bathroom with every bedroom was perfect. We did wish that some of the rooms would have had 2 twins instead of one king but we made it work

A very clean and well kept property in a convenient location in Rome.
Minutes from Roma Termini and right next to metro, busses and street cars, the location is very convenient for getting around the city.
The home was very clean and well kept. The furnishings were top quality and made the place feel cozy yet grand.
The host was very communicative and check in/out were seamless. If I were traveling with a group in Rome I would definitely consider this option again!

We were a bit worried when we saw the outside of the location, but the interior is fantastic. The host provided bottled water which helped with our long walks around Rome. Every room had a bathroom so our group of 6 didn't have to schedule our times. Unfortunately, the water heater couldn't keep up with all the showers, which is the only reason this review isn't a 5.

My family (including the in-laws) had the pleasure of staying from July 30 to Aug 4, 2022. Not only was the property better than described, but the service from the property manager was excellent. We highly recommend this location and would consider staying again in the future.

Everything You Need
If you require space, this is the place for you. It’s a secure, restricted entry location, which feels safe in a neighborhood that doesn’t present that vibe. Most of the bedrooms are extra large and all have en suite bathrooms. The owners have provided each room with tea service supplies and ample water. The communal spaces are well equipped for a quick, simple meal (kitchen) and relaxation. Nice appointments that give the Italian vibe. Comfortable and provides everything you need. Recommended.

Each room is its own ensuite
There were six of us who stayed at the property. Two couples with our 20-something daughters. It was great that each couple and each daughter had their own space and bathroom. Property is remodeled and very nice. Unfortunately there is a very small common area, so if you plan on having meals or socializing with a large group you won't have much room. We were out all day, so it didn't matter to us, but if you are planning on having an area to hang out, there is not much room for that.
The location is ok. We ended up taking either a taxi or Uber to get to our tours, as the location is a little off the beaten path. It is walkable, but it was very hot, so we chose not to do that.
The host was very accomodating and friendly.

Fantastic Place in a Convenient Location
Our party if 10 adults had plenty of space to spread out. The location is pretty convenient, only steps from a Metro station. And with a nice park across the street. Lots of Chinese and Indian food (and, of course, Gelato) within a few blocks.
Only minor complain was that there wasn't enough hot water for everybody to have showers in the morning. The graffiti in the area initially felt a little sketchy. Most mornings there was one or two people sleeping on the ground outside the entrance. But we never felt unsafe or worried.

Great place to stay
My family of 10 enjoyed 3 nights here . The location was amazing, the home was clean and the 10 of us had plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large group.

This is a hidden gem!
We were in Italy for about 9 days... this was the best place we stayed. It's recently renovated - and it's immaculate. There are 5 distinct bedrooms with their own locks and bathrooms. Each is decent-sized. There is a shared kitchen and small lobby area.
To be honest, when we first arrived, I was a little skeptical. There is graffiti all around, including on the main entry door. However, once we were inside I was shocked and how big and clean the space was. There is a convenient elevator to get your bags up to the rooms. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and modern. We stayed with our 4 boys and each had their own room.
Communication with the owner was easy and she was incredibly helpful and friendly.
The nearest subway station entrance is about 50 yards from the front door, so access throughout Rome was simple and easy.
I highly recommend this place - and will try to stay here again when I visit Rome. It's a phenomenal value.

Wonder space with great access to the metro and train from airport. The place was so welcoming, clean and spacious. This is a great place for a group of friends/couples traveling together.

Immaculate Apartment
This apartment is great for large families! Five rooms in total. The neighborhood is different than what we expected, but we never felt unsafe there. Located about a 15 minute drive from a chic area called Trastevere. I would recommend this place if you’ve got a decent budget for a large space. Don’t be thrown off by the graffiti, as it has become a part of the charm in Rome. Needless to say, there are probably more upscale places that you could stay, but you will pay a pretty penny to do so. All bedrooms had private bathrooms, which is what we were looking for. All in all, I would stay here again!

Limpio , comonesta en las fotos y bue a ubicación
El apartamento está muy bien. La ubicacion está bien y tiene el metro abajo. Tiene también buses al rededor. La zona de entrada delbedificio no es la mejor pero el apartamento lo compensa.
