About this bed and breakfast

Whether you are in Saskatoon on vacation, a work trip, concert or in town for a weekend of shopping and entertainment, we will do our best to make your stay an incredible one! Perfect for quick trips to explore Saskatoon or just to crash after a long business/work day. Main floor containing living room with vaulted ceilings with large windows facing green belt towards the west. My place is good for couples & business travelers, young family with kids. You should be at ease in the house and feel comfortable spending as much time as you like in the common spaces or your private room.

GUEST ACCESS
Main floor livingroom and kitchen with big screen TV. Also lower level open living area with big screen TV, DVD player, treadmill and other exercise equipment. Kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances with large island has all accessories for cooking own meals. Bathrooms have clean towels, hand soap and hairdryer. (Additional bedding if required) laundry facilities on main floor (high energy efficient washer and dryer). WIFI is available. During the summer the upper deck is available with access to the BBQ. Please be respectful as this is my permanent residence and may also be other guests.

GUEST INTERACTION
I can be as accessible as the guests need. I work full time so am not around during the day. I have an active social life and am often not around during the evening. I may be in or about but always accessible through my cell phone if you require anything to make your stay more comfortable. Your comfortable stay is my top priority and will make sure you have your personal space and privacy.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. The neighborhood is new but has a lot of amenities available within a 5 min drive / 20 minute walk (grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, fitness). The area is a good clean neighborhood.

GETTING AROUND
Bus route very close for easy access to downtown. To drive downtown it takes about 10 minutes. You can get anywhere in the city within 15 minutes. By bus it would take 20+ mins. You can come and go as you please, using keypad entry.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There are times when an additional room on the main/lower level is occupied to a student or possibly another guest

Great place
Great place
Great place, location, price, owner provided detailed instructions, the only thing was the house sitter, was kind of following me around, when I walked to the back patio to catch a breath of fresh air , and the house had a strong smell of curry and the ac was off, the first level of the house was stuffy, shower drain had a large wad of long hair, which I ended up cleaning up. Other than that the location, place is beautiful, bed was the comfiest bed ever, very quiet home. I am only providing this information (as a business owner myself I always want to know the feed back for room of improvement)
