Excellent!

We have visited IC Hotels Residence for the 3rd time now. It exceeded our expectations as always! We have got a complimentary upgrade from Lake Villa to Bali Villa with private pool and at any time of our stay the guest relationships representatives - namely Ekaterina and Marina - were always there to help out right away. The beach is excellent, I havent seen a better beach and an atmosphere anywhere else in Turkey. This hotel always feels like you are alone, there is not a lot of people, restaurant staff knows you personally. We left feeling pampered and fully relaxed. The food is always very tasty and everything around it is clean, it's always in refrigerators even fruits on the beach. Cleanliness of food is one of the multiple reasons we always choose this hotel since we travel with kids. I have also seen that they clean pools daily, even our private pool. WiFi signal is strong, even on the beach with your feet in the water.

Представляет собой расширение отеля IC Green Palace, предоставляя более комфортное, уютное и тихое размещение в стороне от основного здания, свою территорию, гольф-кары до пляжа и еще ряд дополнительных удобств. Очень приветливый персонал. Шикарная атмосфера. Вкусное питание. Кроме главного ресторана Sofra (несмотря на некоторую шумность - там вкусно и разнообразно), успели побывать только в мексиканском - он тоже хорош. Море классное, на пляже есть «кабаны». Бассейн у номера очень классный. Для детей - куча развлечений, включая детский сад. Очень чисто.

Немного навязчивые продавцы спа-услуг и шопинг-туров за шубами, атакующие тебя на пляже почти каждый день. Было бы здорово, если бы кошки на территории отеля имели специальные ошейники, свидетельствующие о том, что они вакцинированы и не бродячие.

Great Vacation

Beautiful hotel with greenery and well maintain tree, flowers and lovely sitting area on the beach , so peaceful in the Residence while you can have all the activities in the green palace , including using all the facilities. In Residence ,you can have food order fresh fresh from the menue with all inclusive concept. Staff are very helpful and friendly .

Its a big property, so get ready for walking

Excellent choice in Antalya

Everything was excellent, staff was so friendly and helpful, this is the best resort in antalya , i have been here a twice, the cleaning of the room and pool was great , dinner and lunch variety was good but required more dishes

I stayed in Bali Villa and deluxe Bali villa , bathroom doors need to be changed because it’s not isolated and the doors almost opened due to the open slices in the door itself, this is really need to be changed ( photo attached almost the same )

Замечательный персонал, приветливые и внимательные официанты. Как в основном ресторане, так и на пляже. Отлично работает ресепшен, служба размещения - любая просьба не остается без внимания, Марина помогла с решением очень нестандартных вопросов. Спасибо ей большое. Вкусная еда. Каждый найдет необходимое. Завтраки имеют различные варианты каши. Будем скучать по вкуснейшим утренним блинчикам, которые готовят для тебя лично, по желанию😊 Милейшая женщина-повар.

The manicured gardens, the location and the architecture are nice but everything is very old fashioned and a bit neglected and there is only one restaurant in the whole resort with an old menu that was boring and repeated every day at all meals. Despite the advertisement that everything is included, the additional restaurants were not included, and an additional price was required. The waiters in the restaurant are very nice and try to help as much as they can, as does the man in charge of them.

The rooms are outdated and the bathrooms have not been renovated in many years. It is very difficult to get out of the high bath and the soap products are of very poor quality and the towels are old. The most disappointing thing was that the restaurants are not included and there is only one dining room with boring and repetitive food.

Superb

Amazing hotel territory, nice restaurants included (including a la carte), and nice beach with a lot of space. Children friendly. Friendly and engaged personal. Hamam and sauna included

The pools are not heated and are not very warm in October (maybe 22C), might be different in Summer. The water in the aqua park and the kids aqua park was also cold.

My holiday in IC RESIDENCE

This is my fourth time that I am visiting IC RESIDENCE, I don't think that I can change it, everything was amazing like always, employees, food, equipments was just perfect. Thank you so much for everything and keep going.

Wonderful & relaxing, great facilities & activities, staff exceptional especially guest relations

Great location, loads of pools and beach/pool bars. It’s best to get an all inclusive deal because the food drinks and snacks on offer are great! private beach with water sports; great for families and couples/friends alike. All you can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, night buffet with menu changes to suit all daily, great facilities, amenities and activities, staff extremely hospitable, room service and cleaning was fantastic- was worth every penny

Tv channels were mainly in Turkish or Russian and though there were smart tvs, connectivity to Netflix would have been nice. But the facilities within the resort make up for this shortcoming tbh. Also my friend has a cat phobia and didn’t like the fact that there were a number of furry friends being fed by guests or wandering around the resort - wouldn’t be great for someone with an actual cat allergy. There was also a dog on the loose which again could be an issue for those with kids who have a phobia of dogs.

Large green territory, clean and spacious beach, good food - way better than you expect from an all inclusive concept. Pools must also be very nice, but we didn’t have a chance to use.

We often joked that this was a 3* experience for 5* prices.

+Staff The staff were all pleasant, polite, and friendly. Special thanks to Marina from guest relations who was always available and tried her absolute best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. +Landscape The gardens are beautiful, lush and well maintained. Walking to and from the beach was always a pleasure. +Beach In general the beach was pretty great and the pavilion which came complimentary with our villa was superb. However there were lots of guests coming over from the neighboring Green Palace resort making the beach more crowded than it should have been. +Laundry The complimentary laundry service was fantastic. We made use of it twice and both times our clothes were brought back clean and well ironed. +Water activities The boat trip to the grottos was probably the most memorable experience of our 2 week vacation, highly recommended! +Wi-fi Fast wi-fi with good coverage.

-Transfer Upon arrival the driver was nowhere to be found and we had to call the hotel. The VW van was old with a beat-up interior. The baby-seat was also very dirty and full of stains. Definitely not "VIP Airport Service" as advertised. -Rooms The two villas we stayed at were in dire need of renovation. The furniture was all dinged up, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and uneven. The "Deluxe" Bali villas are also extremely close to a loud and busy road, google maps measures it to around 20 meters. -Food Those accustomed to menus and buffets bursting with delicious food typical to premium Turkish hotels will be sourly disappointed. The menu was very limited with a glaring lack of fresh fish and seafood. There was also no menu or buffet for kids. In all honesty the food provided during our Turkish Airlines flight was more enjoyable. -Room service The room service was very inconsistent. Usually some items would be missing from dishes or the food delivered did not match the menu at all (seafood salad consisting of canned tuna and cured fish instead of fresh shrimp, calamari, oysters, etc. for example). -SPA The SPA is in need of a deep cleaning at the least. The Hamams smelled of sewage and the dry saunas were extremely dirty. All the lockers were either broken or had keys missing. The administration is also very disorganized, often mixing up the schedule and double-booking appointments. It was not uncommon to wait for up to 30 minutes. -Insects There was an insect problem in our room. One of the bathrooms was infested with ants, and we even had a cockroach pay us a visit. Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. -Value This is the first time I stayed at a hotel above 1000EUR/night which had paper cups and instant coffee in the room. No cutlery, no proper cups, not even a bottle opener. I understand that the pandemic caused budget problems for everyone but this is borderline absurd.

Nice, but too expensive

The staff were amazing. Always smiling and serviceminded. But some staff for example “ufuk” at the beach bar, recieve tips from guests, and therefore do extra ordinary service for them. Normally you have to go to the bar and order, but for the guests that give tips, they can order directly from the sunbeds. There should’nt be any diffrence in the service given to the guests.

Not enough facilites which means that you have to use the facilities at the sister hotel Green Palace. - No gym inside Residence Hotel. - Not enough choices in the restaurant. Green Palace buffet has alot more to offer. - No bar near the pool to the rooms. - Transfer bus was late - Not possible for late check out. - Each room has a deck with 4 sunbeds at the pool, you have to share with the neighbor. But when the hotel allow 9 people inside a 4 person room, Its dificult to share the sunbeds. Overall Nice hotel, but not worth the money, since you use most of the facilities at the sister hotel, which is much more cheap. You dont get any extra service at the sister hotel, even when you are considered VIP from IC residence.

First time in IC hotel

Amazing staff, location is perfect All environment of the hotel was great. We spent good time between the green areas, children they really enjoyed the spaces. Villa was super clean and we do appreciate the room service. Whatever you order they deliver on time. Not so much crowded. Pools are specious enough to accept all visitors.

Impeccable services. Maximum protection against Covid-19. I mention only a few people who made sure that our holydays was impeccable: Musa, Serdar, Alona,Nazife,Sultan,Abdurrahman,Elif(room-maid).
