Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable. There wasn't a great deal of options on the TV.
And, as a vegan, there were virtually no options for a decent vegan breakfast. The food that was available tasted old and stale. I ended up having to settle for coffee and dry toast (as there wasn't even vegan butter) You'd probably find better food in a high school cafeteria.

Good location for what we wanted to do, good facilities and close to other amenities if we didn’t want to eat at the hotel.
It was cold in most areas including the room and dining room.

Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was ok. The staff were very helpful, particularly the check in staff.
The dining room was very basic. Overlit and no soft furnishings. Very bland. No atmosphere. The bar was not great either.

Location for us was very good, restaurant staff were very good with my wife who has several allergies.
The hotel and room was far too warm, we did not have a window that opened, mentioned to reception who agreed and was going to report our comment

Hotel was bright and modern on entering
The mugs in the room were dirty and the chicken in the salad was dry and over cooked

The staff were friendly, easy to check in and check out . Had no issues with my room and was only 5/10 minutes walk to most destinations

The hotel is in a good location with plenty of parking. A short walk to Telfords shopping cinemas, ten pin bowling and restaurants.
We were advised this was a pet friendly hotel. Bookings.com should have advised us that there was an additional £20 to pay and there are pet restrictions. We were allowed to eat in the bar area but nowhere else. Which would have been problematic if we wished to eat in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Comfortable bed.
The restaurant and bar area was dull.
The pool management needs review as pool was closed one day.

Comfy bed. Pleasant staff. Nice pool. Tasty breakfast.
Small room. Cheap coffee. Cold room. Expensive for what it is. Hate shower curtains but they are refurbishing so that might change.

Good location, room was small but cosy. Hotel feels mid tier but I’ve stayed here a few times now for a local car event and don’t mind it!
Had a loft room, opened the window and a load of black dirt fell onto the bed
Shower was PATHETIC

Our room was huge. Very clean. There was a pool! Breakfast was reasonable. Grounds pretty. Bar quite nice. pool os very nice and deep and big, but Ideally some loungers in there and slightly smaller would work. There was a float in the pool room to use!
Childs bed literally was directly infront of and attached to the tv. VERY wobbly coffee table. No decaff tea in the room. But it was there when I asked. Pool, would be nice to have some loungers. Its very nice pool though. Breakfast is so expensive. I dont eat as much as the husband, yet we pay the same and I loath paying for the child to eat a bowl of cereal so we didnt do that. But would be nice to just let kids eat free. They dont eat alot. Staff could do with finding a smile. Only 1 of them was bubly and lovely. She was our dinner waitress. As much as they were nice enough, they didnt have anything more to give than that and I feel it really makes your stay when they actually want to be there doing thier job

Nice clean room.
No sauna just the pool. Not really close to anything.

Very efficiently and friendly service from staff.
Room slightly tired but nice to overlook greenery.
9.0
Very clean and comfortable family room. Electric blinds on the velux windows were great for blackout to get kids settled. Loved how many sockets were in the room. Good big bathroom. My baby was unwell during our stay. They sent housekeeping up right away to change the sheets when she vomited. The breakfast was one of the nicest hotel buffet breakfasts I've had. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area, and plenty nearby to do if you're looking for family activities.
Hair dryer was broken, I'm sure they would have got me a working one had I asked, but we were about to leave, so I didn't bother, not a big deal
