Exceptional, breathtaking views. The amount of plants and flowers made the whole place so much more soothing and relaxing. Very polite and friendly host.
The access to cutlery, glasses and e.x. corkscrew should be easier - it's Italy, Tuscany after all. Also during colder nights there should be an additional blanket/warmer bedding available.
A little bit overpriced given that it was only a room with bathroom.

Roomy, spacious, fully equipped, great view, quite as it gets, free wifi, free parking.
No ac, no place for coffee or any kind of refreshments on site, no in room service (towel change, etc.).

The view is great! If you want a few days to relax and enjoy the Tuscan landscape, it is a great place to be. Even some rain was no problem with the spacious and roofed terrace. It is a good starting point to explore Tuscany and it's towns. The dirt road leading to the property is okay and can used with a normal car.
The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very soft for those who care.
Unfortunately we weren't able to use the nice pool due to colder weather.
The bed was too soft for our liking, but surpringly still quite comfortable.

The location is just perfect! Nature all over the place. 50 minutes by car from Florence, 40 minutes from San Gimignano. Very close to nice restaurants to eat locally.
- The breakfast needs improvement. Not on the quality but on the quantity. It was very poor.

The location is fantastic. You get a vibe of the real Tuscany. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We had to leave really early next morning and our breakfast was prepared at 6.30 (event though they normally start at 8.00). It was fresh and with a lot of variety. We could order drinks by the pool which was nice. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable.
Tiles around the pool need renovation. The whole sorrounding needs an update.
The price of a stay is too high.
No possibility for food at the estate (except for breakfast).

Splendid location. Super clean and decorated with a lot of taste. Quiet and comfortable.

A really great location in the middle of the wine yard and a perfect place to relax and calm down, but also to make day trips to Florence or Siena or other places. The pool was great and nice feature. At night nicely cooler than in a city and great terrace to sit and have dinner that we made in the kitchen of our apartment.
One should consider that next grocery shopping options are about 20 mins by car, so you have to plan ahead. Restaurants are nearby but need a car to get there

We loved everything about the property and the service. Jessica was very helpful and her communication before and during our stay was super. The room and facilities were very comfortable

Nice view, near a few good restaurants.
The pool was closed for renovation, I understand it’s necessary, but it’s disappointing when it happens during your stay and you were expecting a pool. It would have also been nice if the lady at reception had mentioned it instead of being welcomed with this single phrase : Here is your key, the rooms are on the second floor and if you need more information it’s in the room. I was expecting a bit more warmth. The breakfast is in a buffet form, with yogourt and cold meat being on a table for 2 hours without any refrigeration. The room was not cleaned during the day, which I’m assuming is because of Covid, but after 2 years it’s not an acceptable excuse in my opinion anymore. For the price we paid we were expecting better when compared to the other places we stayed in Italy.
Overall I would have been less severe with them if it wasn’t for the cat that is always near the breakfast area in the morning. This cat clearly needed veterinary care, he had a severe infection to it’s nose and was limping which was heartbreaking to see. He probably was considered a farm cat but he was really friendly and had a food bowl, so I really don’t understand how you can let your cat suffer like that.
Edit: After reading their answer in which it was stated that I was clearly informed that the pool would be closed and also that I didn't smile, I have 2 more comments :
- This is what I got in my "thank you for booking" message : "The pool is open everyday from 10:00 to 18:30. Pool towels are not provided." And I'm still seeing nowhere on Booking a mention of dates.
- I would have loved to smile at them, only I saw them only twice during my 2 days stay (when we arrived and it was a very short welcome as I said before, and when we checked out, which was a similar encounter). So...yes, we didn't smile because we didn't see them.

The facility is located in a small village in Tuscany, on a hill with a beautiful view. The distance to Florence is about 40 minutes. The host is very kind, always available for the needs of the guest. The room was clean and decorated in Tuscan style. Breakfast was varied and delicious. For those who want complete peace and quiet, this is a great place.

Nice, quiet location with beautiful views.
No good internet but it didn’t matter for us and the street to arrive is challenging. No bar or service available.
