I would stay at that location again
The wifi something was not working but not the hotel fault
3.0 / 5.0
Location
Warm water + good water pressure
Which is not an assumption to make in México
Many a showers were cold with too much or too less pressure
Price is definitely not worth it.
Got an upgrade via Booking to be then kinda downgraded to another room, cause the internet is horrible in this place!
Booking.com in Mexico has 0 to none existing customer service.
IF YOU LIKE GOOD WIFI DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL
I was the only customer in the hotel, they changed me to another room which was definitely not the upgrade that Booking gave me.
This was the only reason i booked this hotel.
Its unclear to me why they wouldnt have given me the exact same room but WITH functioning wifi.
After sitting outside for 2 days & using my data it was OR the lesser room OR the upgraded room.
I choose the first.
Their problem solving skills are avoiding the issue.
The staff is also there in the kitchen all the time.
There was no one else at the hotel, so they were using the kitchen (to cook for themselves, eat there etc...) & sleeping there as well.
Which i found a bit invasive as a paying customer.
1 time i came back from a day of exploring and the whole hotel was dark! There was NO ONE there.
I made a video about it cause it was so unbelievable that they had all left.
I dont recommend
DEFINATELY NOT for multiple days.
The reason why i think it has better reviews then mine is because these are all 1-2 night customers that treat themselves a weekend out.
As a foreigner the whole experience was just plain weird.

This is a really good location to Centro. A bakery on the corner. Quiet place. Maid service every day if you'd like. Shared large kitchen with full access to kitchen wares. A nice table & chairs in the patio. An outside couch for two to sit also. Table inside kitchen & another big table off of the kitchen area. You have a key to come & go to the front door. Staff was very nice. I would recommend this place.
Pricing was a little higher than expected when I extended my stay. Was about $100 a night. More than I paid for my originally booking. Maybe because it was during Day of the dead; IDK. My additional 6 days cost me more than my 15 days.

The location was GREAT. The hotel was super quiet; which was nice.
That my 2 weeks I originally booked was less then my add on for 6 days.

I felt a little conned by the idea of a "free upgrade" to a "junior suite" ... which turned out to be an ordinary twin and no suite by any definition. Seems like I was upgraded into their lowest standard room.
Staff service was very gormless and cold. No warmth whatsoever.
I also found the liberal way in which the keys are given is full of security risks in the long-term, especially when the rooms don't have a safe and when I asked them downstairs they also offer no system of security. They just had you a key to the front door (easily copied by anyone) and a key to your room with the number written on it and the name of the hotel on the key ring!!

The staff are exceptional. Use of kitchen was a huge plus.
It was perfect

The attention of the staff. the cleanliness. the kitchen was very accessible The patio roof was also very special Lots of hot water and really nice linens for bed and bath.
The beds were comfortable but the over sized frames made getting in and out of bed challenging and could be dangerous for people with limited movement

Wonderful location. Super cute rooms. Loved the shared kitchen area. Cute entry and sitting area. I definitely recommend it.
The rooms need a makeover. Not that they are bad, it's a poor use of space for the sake of design. Over-furnished is a good way to describe it. The rooms are small, so space and how it is used, is important. They need to ditch the giant sitting chairs and the bicycle (yes, there is a bike in the room for some reason) and install a counter or shelf space for travelers' needs.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, relaxing, well located. Attention to detail is embraced.
I never did understand to what extent guests can use the kitchen. We prepared morning tea and ate at nearby restaurants but others seemed to take more advantage of the facilities.

It is a beautiful and quiet place in the center of queretaro
No windows in the room and the spa is very expensive. Nothing is included in the fee

Big bed. Kitchen. Hot water and water pressure
There was no window in the room which was claustrophobic. The hot tub wasn’t operating which was part of the reason I booked.
