Nice choice for a one night stay in Ouarzazate.

Great location, closed to local medina, city square, restaurants, carrefour. Suitable for a one night stay in Ouarzazate. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Inner garden is beautiful with swimming pool.

Room facilities are under expectation, need to improve.

Rachid is our reception, who had been super nice!

The staff were very nice, they offered mint tea at arrival, helped with the luggage, providing local information, printing and booking taxi etc. Room is nice, within 30mins walk from the airport. Even pack our breakfast for early morning check out.

hair dryer and air conditioner is not very efficient, could be better.

Very good

Amazing position, in a quiet area of Ouarzazate. Quiet room and super clean. I loved the reading area in the ground floor. Very helpful staff, too. AC in the room worked quite well. Hot water was also ok!

Wifi is a bit shaky, and the WC needs some maintenance, but overall good. Lights in the rooms should be warm and not cold, in my opinion. Breakfast could add some variety (boiled eggs are not a thing for breakfast!).

Great service

The hotel is a secret Gem! Its cozy and family friendly! The staff are amazing! Rachid and Youssra from reception are exemptional! They were feiendly and helpful! And Hassani from restaurant were superb! He catered us so much and we enjoyed our stay so much!

The location. Actually is at the center of the live of town, what was a real surprise. Not close to Kasbah but better for a night stroke.

Comparing whith the luxe riads at Marrakech they could produce a nice terrace in the top, that it did not have.

The apartment was clean, had a lot of equipment like air conditioning, small fridge, hairdryer, etc. and the personnel was very kind and friendly.

The location is ok, near to the market but overall there is not much to do in ouarzazate at least from my point of view.

A fantastic hotel overall. Lots of room ameneties. No negative points.

The staff at the reception were nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had many amenities, such as bootled water, a fridge and even tea. The bathroom was quite large and clean. The breakfast was also very good. The location was central, next to the main Ouarzazate road. There was also free parking for our rental in front of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay in Ouarzazate.

No negative points in our case.

The image used is the brochure is very beautiful. It is the best feature of the hotel. I had an excellent meal in the restaurant.

The pool was murky. The image is misleading as the rest of the hotel was inferior. The decor was uninspiring and ordinary.

solid hotel, with good food but not as clean as most riads in morroco.

The hotel was located right in the center close to everything. the staff was friendly and helpfull. the desert was good as well. the rooms themselves were ok, nice beds and plenty of room.

the rooms were a bit dated and the rugs etc were old and lived. the bathroom itself was a bit dirty and dated.

Stuff was very lovely, bed - comfortable.

Photos don't reflect reality - hotel is dirty, cold, AC doesn't work properly, room smells of cigarettes. Awfull experience.

Exceptional

adorable little boutique riad with some recent renovations. While still firmer than I prefer, it did have the most comfortable mattress I have slept on so far in Morocco.

There is a sewage smell from the bathroom. It is ok if you close the door, but makes using it unpleasant. The windows do nothing to keep out the street noise or the 6:30am call to prayer.
