Everything was perfect.
Location is great.
Everyone welcomed us in different ways (whit a big smile, with a Salam) and we really felt relaxed and peaceful.
It was cloudy when we arrived, but during the night the sky got clear and the stars were looking amazing. So, if you can, just walk outside.
Great dinner (the tajine was one of the best I had in Marocco).
You can walk around the oasis and enjoy the beautiful colours and birds around you.
Thank you very much guys
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Located in beautiful Fint Oasis, a great place to see something different in Morocco. You can talk a walk along the rocks or loop around the Oasis. The room was very nice and had air conditioning. The pool was also nice to cool down after a walk. We had a beautiful sunset too as we sat down for dinner.
We didn't get any responses sent to the hotel to our questions leading up to our stay. We had a 2WD Kia Picanto car hire and we had read that it was difficult or not possible to drive straight up to the property. The number we had from booking.com didn't work and we also had no response from booking.com. My partner is a confident driver and the river was quite low, so it was possible to drive directly to the property. But if it was higher, you would have to park further away (possibly at a cost) and walk.

The oasis, the cleanliness of the room and the drum entertainment in the night by the kind gentleman.
The breakfast was simple but delicious.
The food was okay.
We were welcomed with a welcome and tea but not a smile. We had driven 7 hours from Marrakech and a smile and warm welcome would make the biggest difference.
No card payments accepted and we were made to feel it was our fault where this was not mentioned beforehand which put us in a very uncomfortable situation in the morning where we had to gather cash and pay in our own currency with also having to calculate the change rates and change amount.
The local man who claimed he was from the hotel to show us the way and looked for tip for doing so.
Beware, you will have to drive through a river. But it's well worth it as the village itself is absolutely stunning.
We are naturally a very friendly family so we were chatting to everyone about Morocco and the Oasis but one member of the stuff asked for my mom's number which was quite disturbing. We felt uncomfortable. Apart from that everyone was respectful.

Despite the unusual access to the property, it is worth visiting this place. Service at the highest level checked all the time whether we needed anything. The living room has a cozy fireplace where you can spend a nice time on a cool evening. Room equipped with air conditioning and all necessary amenities. Breakfast was held with stunning views of the oasis.

it is literally a pearl on the way to the desert. A mysterious and relaxing spot, that worth the stop. Away front he city noise and not touristic as other places. Rachid (the owner), Ismael and the community living here will make your stay unforgettable. The traditional food gives you the flavour of real Morocco, the cosy fireplace it is the perfect location to meet people. Small tip: the way to the oasis is a bit harsh if you have a small car (as we did), but with patience you can make it. Try to do it with daylight and a proper car, if not familiar with the road!
As for the rooms, to be a 2 stars hotel, they are way higher than the expectations and very very clean.
Ask for a guided tour around the oasis. It has been one of our best experience in Morocco

Breakfast was ok
Location only for 4WD cars . Other wise you will damage your car . Road to Hotel is a nightmare, terrible
Bed was wet. Room was wet and mouldy even we had on sunny side of the hotel. That place is good for 2 hours tour only but not for staying at night. Never again

location and view
there was nowhere to view stars without light pollution. maybe they could suggest where to go at night to do this safely for those that don’t know the area.

The view is amazing in front of the oasis.
The location is beautiful but too difficult to access it. You need a 4x4 car, or call them before to make arrangements.
The wifi is just in the pool area no in the bedrooms.

Perfect location, nice and quiet with swimming pool, the building is absolutely stunning, the room was basic but comfy.
Breakfast food was a bit below the standards of Morocco.

The hotel location is superb, overlooking the oasis. Well equipped terrace with pool and places to sit and enjoy. Staff were friendly. Room was adequate. Ensure you drive across river and not stop for “parking fees” along the way. Free parking at hotel itself.
Room was not as clean or as well proportioned as others of similar location/price.

Location next to the Oasis, a very short walk and you're beside the water, watching frogs, fish and turtles.
The swimming pool was great, the terrace a lovely place to relax.
The restaurant was great.

The location is beautiful! Close to the oase. Nice view. Exellent food. Very nice staff. Makes you feel at home. And it 's very authentic. The people. The place. I loved it. And I would definitely recommend it.
You need a car to come there. And it 's a bit of driving. But if you arrive there you don't want to go. You want to stay longer.

Authentic but luxurious oasis life. It is home for Rachid and his extended family but they've managed to provide modern conveniences.
