Muy cómodo práctico y limpio
A cada cierto tiempo sonaba una alarma y se volvió algo molesto

The location everything was a walking distance and I loved our patio view. Everyone was so nice and attentive.
No elevator! I have a baby, after walking all day you just want to get to your room and rest. It was a struggle going up the stairs with the stroller and my baby. When I got there I sprained my ankle it was so painful going up all those stairs carrying my baby to my room in the 3rd floor.

The balcony, freshly painted room, hot water with strong flow, very close to all the main attractions in GTO, AC,
The floor had quite a bit of black hair around, even after ’cleaning’. The photos are misleading because they show the restaurant several times. Even the reviews for this hotel show the restaurant when no meals are included. Even after booking the list of what was included indicated a box lunch and fruit but that was not included in the price either. While the balcony is a lot of fun it is over a very busy street. Take your earplugs. Yes, there are stairs in the hotel along with the entire city. Do your homework regarding prices, amenities and locations of hotels. There are a lot to choose from. I don’t think I would stay here again.

This hotel provided very good value for the price and I would definitely stay there again. From our third floor terrace we could observe the busy street below and even saw a parade. It was very near the Alhondiga (historic granary) where the Fiestas Patrias celebrations were taking place. The double-paned windows did a good job of cutting the noise. Staff was friendly, helpful, and always available. The shower was roomy with very hot water always available. The place was very clean.
The one thing I would have liked, that would have made the experience perfect, was nicer bedding, like a duvet instead of the fleece blanket and bedspread provided, and better pillows. But maybe that is too much to expect from a place with these prices. The bed had the very hard mattress I've come to expect in Mexican hotels but was actually surprisingly comfortable to sleep on. Also, beware, there isn't an elevator and the flights of stairs can be daunting after a long day of walking the hills of Guanajuato, but this is also very normal for hotels in the area.

Room was a nice size, bathroom and shower were nice, the balcony was great, there was a TV and good AC.
This could be booking.com's fault and not the hotel's, but 2 days before my stay I stopped in to confirm my reservation (booking.com had already processed my payment), and the man at the desk couldn't find ANY record of it. Luckily I was with a friendly spanish-speaker, who helped me explain that in fact i DID have a reservation and they already had my money, but it was a little disconcerting. The man at the desk said he could check into it in the morning, and apparently by morning it was sorted out -- but possibly only because my friend stopped back by there to make sure they actually had my reservation. All in all though, they were friendly, and the reservation was there by the time of my stay.

We really enjoyed the staff, they were friendly, helpful, and nice. The location was also great in the middle of a lot of the attractions.
I wasn’t expecting a lot from the room but the beds and bed frames were very hard and uncomfortable. Size of room was decent. Didn’t have much but there was a tv - remote didn’t work except for on/off, volume, channel.

It is clean an the people are nice and helpful.
Location is in the middle of town. Noisy!
The building is full of stairs and off steps everywhere. Including inside the rooms. Is is nice the be in the middle of town... But maybe too busy and too much.

The attention of the staff is very good, the room very clean
In the early morning you hear noise coming from the restaurant kitchen and hallway, which is not pleasant as you want to rest

The hotel is nice and quiet considering the location, its undergoing refurbishment so hence the dust downstairs. The staff is friendly and the food from the restaurant it's delicious!
It's a very low budget hotel but for what we need was great, they entry is a bit hidden. Some of the rooms doesn't have a window pointing outside so it can get a bit damped and doesn't have aircon but instead a big not so quiet fan that does the job but I wouldn't keep it on overnight

The balcony overlooking the street
It took 10 minutes to get hot water. No water pressure in the shower. Restaurant was never open.

Location is good, very close to the centre of the city
The room was very dark, no natural light (one very narrow window to the inner hotel part), not enough lighting.
Problems with hot water.

Newer seeming hotel in the central historical part of Guanajuato. Clean, nice staff, easy to walk everywhere. AC worked well for hot days/nights.
Staff didn't speak English so come with your basic Spanish or google translate. Surprisingly there were no toiletries provided, like no mini shampoo, hand soap, nothing. Luckily I have been traveling a lot prior to this stop and had my own, but beware if you are just popping in for a weekend and not bringing your own. I got the terrace room, which was nice but the street noise in front of the hotel was much louder than I anticipated which made having the terrace doors open a bit unpleasant due to the traffic and bus stop noise in front of the hotel. There was also no curtains so the light streamed in through the terrace doors super early and made sleeping in a bit of a challenge. Speaking of sleeping in, if you stay out late, the front doors to the hotel may be closed when you come back. It took me a bit to realize there was a door bell to the upper left of the doors that you need to ring in order for the reception to come down and let you in.
