it‘s a nice airbnb. once you know how everything works there won’t be any issue. Paula is very helpful all the time and room is very pretty

This Hotel is more like an airbnb . There is no one at front desk.. ever .. all communication is done with property owner/mgr over Whatsapp . which was fine for us . being i’m bilingual getting around wasn’t difficult. SECURITY and PRIVACY were solid.
unfortunately the location... It’s located at a round about that has constant traffic . It’s pretty because it’s a little plaza .. but when ordering an uber you have to move to a more accessible pick up location . However your not far from the center so walking wasn’t bad ..The lobby floor was always slippery, not wet but over polished ... entering the airbnb , it was always dark ... at night ... but overall it was easy check in and out ...

The installations are very nice and modern, nice vibe to them, it seemed a very complete and organized facility. Clean and walking distance to downtown.
The hotel was empty, no staff was there to attend any of our concerns, hotel is small which is not a bad thing; it had a kitchen room, a dining room, all very nice and as I said organized, but no staff, and kitchen and dining rooms were not functional at all. Also, the place is located at a very busy section of the city, so expect to have a hard time for parking if you are out of luck.

Little nice boutique hotel with a very unique design in every room. It was clean; the owner is very nice, you can use the kitchen and dining room. It’s walking distance from downtown Guanajuato, a very nice walk and safe.
No parking, but u can leave you car near by in a parking lot and just walk around.
There are some rooms with no windows to the outside, if you like outside view make sure you get one.

The rooms were big enough, well decorated and furnished.
The location of the hotel is good, not too far from the center.
We found a parking spot right in front of the hotel and left the car there for free for 2 days.
Not too expensive.
A bit difficult to get the keys and to find the rooms as there is no staff in the hotel but you can communicate with the owners through whatsapp.
A few broken things: TV, bathtub, lamp.
No outside window in the rooms, only a window to the corridor so one of the rooms was a bit damp.
Breakfast was supposed to be included but they informed us that they stopped making breakfast for their guests over a year ago, so they offered a discount on the price of the rooms.

It was private. If your into that secret service kind a thing.
Had to go thru too much to get in. No one was there had to open an awkward lock, a box to get our room key. Lucky I was able to find a phone number under the policies and terms section on the booking info to get instructions from someone. Our room had no windows, dark with a hard bed and toilet paper was like sandpaper. Complained and was "allowed" to move to another room but still no window. Left two days early after we got a call from the contact person telling us at 5pm to move to another room, to make sure we left the present room clean and to put the keys back in their box. Wow! Guess you should not expect much when the wall paper in your empty lobby is silhouettes of women posing, had to look twice🥴
