About this villa rental

2/48 Garrick Street refurbished in 2021, has an excellent open plan design with high ceilings, polished concrete floors, and natural concrete feature walls. The kitchen opens directly onto the pool area, there is great visual access to the pool for families with small children. The villa is directly opposite a large reserve with tennis and basketball courts. It is an easy level walk to the Four-mile beach and shops along the shady, tree-lined Garrick Street.

The grounds offer complete privacy with a walled garden. The swimming pool is fully fenced with easy entry steps and heated during the winter months and cooled in the summer months. The covered BBQ outdoor area is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The poolside patio is a perfect setting for alfresco dining and sunset drinks.

The open plan lounge room has a modular leather lounge with a 70" Smart TV, DVD, and CD plus a WiFi internet connection creates a spacious cool retreat to enjoy your holiday.
The villa has two master bedrooms with smart TVs and luxury king Swisstek pillow-top mattresses. In one master room, the beds can be split into 2 king singles. Both have generous en-suite bathrooms that feature dual walk-in showers with 3-spray options shower heads and private toilets. Both have built-in robes, ceiling fans, and split system air-conditioning units plus in all the bedrooms.
The third bedroom is perfect for children with 4 bunk beds, a Smart TV, and has the use of a family-sized bathroom with a bath and separate toilet.

A laundry room has a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing facilities.


A short stroll to the town centre and easy access to the northern end of Four Mile Beach takes away the need for additional transport. Capturing full sun all day, the villa is ideal for poolside relaxing and outdoor entertaining.

We found the property to be a tranquil location in an area that is walking distance to the beach and close to the main shopping area . The property was set up very well and all our needs were catered too . We would choose to stay there if we traveled to Port again .

Don’t be fooled by any of the positive reviews, this place has raw unsealed concrete floors and walls throughout the property, most concerning was the bathroom, there are no tiles and the walls and floors are raw unfinished, unsealed pores concrete. There is also a lack of privacy throughout the property with doors not been acoustically sound and no privacy between the 2 en-suite bathrooms. Both en-suites are open to the outdoor and can not be closed and we had insects and a frog come through which was problematic. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the property given the amount of money we paid. We complained to management about the lack of transparency and honesty in the ad given we were interstate and unable to inspect the property before committing to it, they advised they thought they were transparent and accused us of not leaving the property in a clean state. When you pay a small fortune to rent a property for a week are you also expected to scrub it clean before you leave!!!!!
