The staff were very accommodating 👍🏼
The neighborhood
The breakfast
The AC in the room. There was a malfunction in the AC system at my second night and the room in general was hot.

Very big friendly staff really helpful
The meal was not explained to us that you only had until 730 to eat
We was at the bar drinking and we only went to get food at 720

Due to Vueling Airlines cancelling and rerouting my daughter who was arriving from Edinburgh and My son from Montreal. I paid for one night but my daughter was unable to stay and she requested an early check in they asked her to pay extra knowing she would not be using the room at all. I don’t think this was very courteous since the room was a available and clean early. My son had to stay the night since his flight was rescheduled to following day and he said he found the room very dusty.

The hotel had great reception staff, very friendly and helpful.
as a VIP guest the hotel offers an amazing lunge offers snacks most of the time of day.
also if reception is busy, as VIP you get a rear reception that can attend your needs accordingly.
breakfast is quite good and tasty! a lot of variation.
1 elevator key was out in floor 6 and it seemed that service did not take good care of fixing it, and it was out for long time.
I ordered twice a warm breakfast, which after waiting for 1h did not arrive, which is quite disappointing.

room you offered on the 7th floor presented a broken glass window frame between bathroom&bed; apparently not a recently fracture (foto). We refused that room cause water could come through it to the bed,and we got 698 on the 6th floor: smaller room, no sofa, smaller bathroom, and presented again a (smaller) fracture in that glass window frame. Hence at check-out you made an offer: 2 glasses we had day before, for free. Brilliant!!! We were in the Melia Albany St. before cause as a physiscian attending conferences at the Royal College of Physicians close behind over there. Well, think it over.

Free drinks (soft and alcoholic) and tapas in the Level Bar, decent little gym, extremely comfortable bed and pillows (probably best nights sleep I have had in a looooong time, and def best night’s sleep ever in a hotel), great breakfast…loved it
Gym weights machines could do with being modernised, heaviest dumbbell weights are 20kg which are ok for most things, but could do with going up to 30-35kg.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Location close to undergroud and close to nice park was great. We also enjoyed breakfast and tapas.

The level of service is exceptional - from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave all interactions with team make you feel like a valued guest. Great attention to detail in room as well as features like the Level Lounge which also is the location for the Level breakfast which was extensive and high quality.

Nice hotel in terms of rooms and decor
service was appalling- room wasn’t ready for the standard 3pm check in, had to wait an hour. Bar staff all have a bad attitude and slow, breakfast in the level wasn’t great, hot food was tepid and you could tell it was under staffed

No tissues ( Napkins) inside the room, laundry is too late to receive clothes.

Good hotel, convenient location with subway station nearby. Good breakfast, not much variety but the dishes are tasty.
There were a lot of people or perhaps very few reception stands. It was impossible to get to the reception with question or request, the queues to the reception were really long.

location is good, 3 mins walk to tube station. Arrived hotel early but room was not ready, staff offered me to their level lounge to wait. Room is spacious, like the wooden floor, very clean. breakfast choices were great.
I stayed in room 828, it was next to the elevator, therefore I can hear non-stop noise when I was in the room till very late late, very annoying, tried to call and see if possible to change to the other room, but the staff said the hotel was full, therefore it was not possible to change room.
