We had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was located in a perfect location. Close to all main shopping stores and the station of the train from Heathrow airport was very close.

Das Hotel ist sehr nett und liegt in einer tollen Gegend

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, kein Ablage Möglichkeiten für Kleidung. Keine Frischluft möglich. Das Bad ist so dass man alles mitbekommt während die andere Person auf Toilette ist.

Idealny hotel na city break

Poland street - idealny adres dla nas, Polaków :) Blisko do głównych punktów zwiedzania Londynu. Pokój malutki, ale wystarczający dla 2 osób na szybki city break. Przemiła obsługa na recepcji. Smaczne i różnorodne śniadanie (dodatkowo płatne, ale przy cenach w Londynie, to warto). Czajnik i wybór herbat spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

Simple, friendly stay for a night in Soho

Location was ideal for a theatre show in Soho. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was oat milk in the rooms for coffee and tea which, as a vegan, was a huge bonus and novelty! Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Body/hair wash was included. We got a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise.

You know what you're getting with a Z Hotel, so even though we could say that the room was small and the bathroom only had frosted glass separating it from the room itself, we knew that going in and were completely fine with it, having stayed before. But it is worth others knowing if they haven't and don't like the idea!

Great location, nice compact rooms, friendly staff.

Great location, lovely clean compact room, (it is small but we knew this on booking) with just enough space and everything we needed, great selection of complimentary hot drinks in the room that was topped up every day and even oat milk was provided, so pleased shampoo and body wash was provided as I forgot mine, this was topped up daily too.

The bed was quite hard and due to the location of the bed against the wall it was hard to tuck in the bed sheets and they kept coming untucked throughout the night. When checking if we’d left anything under the bed it was thick with dust but other than that immaculate.

Very nice, but keep in mind it's a small room

Very clean, great location, friendly staff, and they hold your luggage before/after your stay iif needed

It's not a big minus. However, the room is small. I think the space to move around the furniture was maximum 1sqm. The family next door had a baby, and the buggy was left out on the lobby. If you plan to stay all day out, it's ok. For us, it was not such a big inconvenience, but it was quite uncomfortable

Clean and easy to access

The name suggested it was on or near Tottenham Court Road … it’s not. That confused us for a bit. We were on top floor which wasn’t serviced by loft all the way. This could prove a challenge for some people.

The location was good. The location of the hotel is really good, able to walk to Oxford Street and China Town, but the rooms are really bad.

My advice is don't do anything in this hotel except sleep. The cleanliness was fine, but the room was so small that only one person could turn around, and the table was small and half was taken up by tea sets and trays. My drink on the table was accidentally spilt because of the small space. The air conditioner was difficult to use, and I wasn't sure if it was on after adjusting the display, so I was freezing at night.

Amazing price for what you get

Super smooth check-in with very friendly staff. Amazing location, especially if you like being able to just go out of the hotel and walk around. The room had all the necessary amenities and was spotless. For the price we paid, we definitely recommend.

Despite having a window, we felt quite suffocated in the room as it was super small. It's a great option but for no more than a single night.

Very good

It's fine, but not as well designed as a Hub. Mostly quiet and well sound-proofed.

Coat hanging facility is kind of useless. Hooks for coat hangers are right above the desk and kettle - if you hang a coat there it's right in the way of everything! And in such a small room this is a problem. We had to hang our coats on the sliding bathroom door. Ventilation was difficult to control.
