The cottage-style house offers spectacular views of Eagle Harbor, the marina, and the Ephraim Yacht Club from both the front porch and the large windows in the sun room! Spacious property comfortably accommodated our large family with ample lodging, spacious kitchen, and private off-street parking with beautiful views of the bay. Well-maintained vintage details with a few modern amenities including central air as well as tile walk-in shower and front load washer and dryer in the master bath made our stay even more enjoyable. All made even easier by responsive communication from the owner. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and maintained home! The location of the house is great and we watched the sunsets from the Anderson Dock every night. When I had an issue with the back door it was fixed within the hour and the owner was very responsive and easy to reach. I would recommend this house to others!

This location is perfect for enjoying the immediate area on foot, or for going either direction by car to visit the rest of the towns. Our family of 6 adults were comfortable, had a lot of fun, and greatly enjoyed the Eagle Harbor scenery from the porch of this beautiful cottage. The kitchen was well appointed, and the outdoor grill was in good working order. There was enough space for everyone to either be together or have a little private space as needed. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our entire stay, so were out and about most of the time enjoying as much of Door County as we could possibly squeeze in. But this place sure was a nice, comfortable place to come “home” to at the end of the day.

This home and the property it sits on is charming and comfortable. The home is well appointed and decorated, there is ample parking and easy to walk into Ephraim or drive to another destination on the peninsula. Would definitely stay again. If you plan to use the pullout beds in the sunroom, keep in mind that the room keeps a very high temperature and brightness, plus ventilation isn't the greatest, but our group managed just fine in the other 3 bedrooms.

My sisters and their husbands had a great week in this home. So comfortable and fast response from the owner when we had a question.
We were so lucky that the weather was perfect. Cold at first so the fireplace (with all the wood we could possibly use) was a wonderful way to sit and catch up with each other.
We checked out several galleries, the men played golf, we tasted wine and as the week went on, it warmed up and the cherry trees burst out in full bloom!
We really liked sitting on the porch early in the morning drinking coffee and viewing the activity on the water.

Comfortable stay in cottage- good location, nicely furnished, plenty of space. Kitchen well stocked- only thing missing was dish soap which was probably an oversight. The sunroom (not air-conditioned)faces west and got very warm, even with the cool weather. Always amazes me that these rentals are typically short on one thing- clothes hangers. C'mon, a pack of 50 cost around $10. No wire hangers, please!!!

This house was perfect for our family to gather together. We had 7 people and everyone had a nice space to sleep. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. I loved having the ability to wash some towels and clothing while went were there. The kitchen was clean and spacious and full of everything we needed. The location was perfect. It wasn’t far to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Great house and location. House was just as described, and then some. Comfortable bed and luxury bedding. 2 living areas which was a great set up for 2 families. Wonderful Stay
Our family of 4 stayed here over Labor Day weekend, and had a lovely time. The cottage is just as nice as the photos, well appointed with all of the comforts we needed. Location was quiet even though it is close to the main road, and you can easily walk into Ephraim. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!
Lovely, well equipped home in great location. Very clean and comfortable. In spite of a wonderful stay, there are two points with mentioning. The first, we did have a minor issue upon arrival, we tried to no avail to contact the owner, we never received a return call or message. The second, the sun room was not air conditioned and became quite warm in June, not sure it would be comfortable sleeping in warm weather.
Overall, a good experience and we would consider renting again in the cooler weather.

We had a terrific time in this cozy rental for New Year’s. Everything was as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. Wood burning fireplace was a treat. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals in. Our kids were thrilled with the strong WiFi! Smart TV’s allowed us to binge on movies and have a relaxing time. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. We will definitely rent again!

A great place at a good value
This is a great place with plenty of room for a family of 5.
Things I really liked about it in no particular order:
* Updated appliances
* Close to downtown Ephraim
* A really well stocked kitchen
* We were able to check in early (1 pm)
* Lots of extra towels, including beach towels
* Well decorated
* Plenty of parking
The only negative (and it's not that big of a deal) is that you are right on the main drag in Ephraim, so there is a lot of traffic. However you are also right across the street from the lake, so you have a beautiful view of sunset from the front porch. And being downtown means there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance! Also there is a great boat rental place within walking distance as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The decor is cute and fresh, and the location makes it easy to walk for coffee, ice cream or dinner. It also has a nice view from the sunroom. The only complaint would be that the bedding is not very comfortable.

Sisterhood weekend
Celebrated retirement, birthday and friendship with sisters, sister in laws and girlfriends. 6 of us laughed, cried and counted our many blessings to be able to share this special time together. The Ephraim house made it over the top fabulous. This is a beautiful home that is so well appointed. Great layout and flow. Decorated just lovely and made us all feel like we were at the lake for the weekend.
We felt very fortunate to have been guests and would not hesitate to rent again in the future. Thank you!
