Great location and comfort

The housekeeping did a great job, even folded the odd clothing on the bed. We loved the small variety of complimentary teas and coffee. The sofa was the cream of the crop 👌

The bathroom was a little bit smelly and we suspect it came through the pipes out of the drains.

The property was clean , modern and spacious, everything you needed was available

Great location and place to stay when visting Edinburgh.

The location was great! The staff member Magic that dealt with me and my friends gave great service and was very friendly and welcoming. The size of the flats I booked for me and my friends were good and came with everything we needed. The garden area was also great to hang out in.

Posizione comoda, camera pulita, Bella zona centrale però sicura, staff gentile

Era al terzo piano senza ascensore quindi se uno ha tanti bagagli non so come farebbe.. poi il parcheggio sta super lontano però se non avete macchina nessun problema!

Apartamento recomendable en pleno centro de la New Town

Es un alojamiento en plena New Town, por lo que la ubicación es excelente. Limpio y con decoración moderna. Amplio, con cama cómoda y grande. Lugar acogedor. Baño también reformado y limpio. Nuestra habitación la cogimos con acceso a una terraza con sillones y preciosa decoración.

La única pega que podría poner es que el precio es excesivo, pero en relación con el resto de hoteles que hay céntricos en Edimburgo, parece más o menos aceptable.

Très bien placé, mais attention aux escaliers, y compris pour rentrer dans le batiment

La chambre était très propre et spacieuse

Ma compagne a des difficultés à se déplacer, il aurait été bien de l'indiquer sur le descriptif lors du choix de la réservation, car on était au 3e étage, avec un escalier étroit. Aucune des photos sur le site ne représentent ce que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour

A great comfortable place, ideal for a weekend visit

the location was amazing. Close to pubs, view of the castle at the end of the street, easy walk to shops. Apartment was beautifully styled and very comfortable. Management friendly but not intrusive. A great couple of nights!

Good location, no parking or elevator!

Great location! Easy walk to shops, restaurants, tram stop, great view of castle. Bed was ok, good WiFi, strong modern shower.

No lift and we were on 3rd floor up with luggage. No drinking water or AC. Not double glazed so quite noisy. They say they have parking on the site but actually it’s just a discount scheme with a parking at least 10 mins walk away- annoying in the rain! They only alerted us of that after we booked a non refundable stay.

Good location, but average apartment.

The location is very good. Late night shop and restuarant just outside. Parking plaza is nearby, property provides you with discount card almost 60% discount. I paid 30gbp for 2 days instead of 70gbp. Checkin checkout is very easy all doors have codes to open them (front door and apartment door)

The apartment maintenance isn't very good, 1 congested toilet and seat was broken. (6 people apartment) 1 room had a window and ventilation, and the other room was a small closed room with no window. Hence, only two people could sleep comfortably. One sofa cum bed in the lounge not in any room. Choose wisely.

Beautiful, well equipped rooms/ apartments and fabulous welcoming and warm staff

The staff were ever so welcoming and very accommodating. I had to extend my stay and change plans, which was accommodated no problem, even though it was a very busy time for bookings. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you need. Also the rooms/ apartments are in a beautiful building.

There are no other facilities in the hotel however it is centrally located, with a view to the castle, and you can use the cafe/ restaurant at their sister hotel where the food is great, coffee too and again the staff are the best asset there. Warm and friendly

The overall environment is very satisfactory, but poor sound insulation.

The room is big, very clean. Heater is good, has a big screen tv which connecting to the internet so it can be used for screen mirror. There is a small kitchen which incluses microwave oven, toaster, basic dishes and dish soap. There is tea and coffee. The room as a whole is very clean, and the sink has been cleaned up even the water stains. The location of the hotel is very good, just next to the Princes Street.

There is a bar next to the hotel, and the sound of music and the vibration of the subwoofer can be heard from the evening until close to 1am in the evening. The soundproofing of the room is poor. The room I stayed in was close to the reception, and basically small movements could be heard, even if the door of the corridor of the room was closed, the sound of the reception could be heard. Someone checked into the upstairs room in the middle of the night, and the sound of walking could be clearly heard.

We want to take a nap in the afternoon but the music from the bar next door was really loud with the single glass windows after we went out for dinner that evening and came back the music has stopped and we had a great nights sleep

Would definitely return should I visit Edinburgh again.

Loved our 1x night stay ... Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds super comfortable. Set in a perfect location to main attractions with plenty restaurant options within an easy walk. The apartment was quiet and peaceful throughout the night. Perfect in every way, would highly recommend to all.

NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS - The 2 bedroom Apartment was perfect for 4 people with all expected amenities. There was nothing to dislike or complain about.

I felt very proud of my choice of accomodation for my daughters hen party as everyone was wowed with it!

fantastic central location! modern stylish and very clean! very welcoming helpful staff! we were able to drop off all our luggage before check in and left them after check out so we didnt have to leave Edinburgh straight away!

Pleasant and well located but overpriced

These apartments have a nice style to them. They are centrally located off Princes Street and opposite Rose Street. The owner is very pleasant and we were made to feel welcome. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

There are a lot of stairs and no lift if you have any mobility problems. I would have liked another pillow but there was nobody around to ask later on. The light was hanging out of the ceiling and there wasn’t a proper door on the shower so the water went everywhere.

3 floors up and no-one there when we wanted to drop our bags off at noon but a cleaner opened the office for us.
