Súper bien

La amplitud. Camas muy cómodas. Tener garaje directo. Las vistas. Todo en general.

Por decir algo pero quedamos encantados. No hay cerrojos en los baños y cuando vas con más gente es importante. Y un poco escaso con el papel higiénico. Pero todo de 10. Gracias

I was declared a no-show even if I informed them of my late arrival

I communicated with the property beforehand (a few days before and 1 day before) that I will be arriving the next day because I intentionally booked 1 night of stay just so we have a place to take a few hours of sleep/rest when we arrive Porto in the morning because we had to wake up at 4:00am for an early morning flight from Amsterdam. When we arrived at the property, I was informed that our room was already given away because I did not show up the night before! I was considered a no-show even if I informed them more than once of my next day arrival. So we were not able to get the rest that we needed and we were not refunded even after many requests from both the property. Booking.com was not able to help me with this issue.

great stay for a big group

Spacious apartment in a central location in Porto with beautiful views of the city. Perfect for a big group.

It was very difficult to operate the key in the front door. it took us a few minutes to get in every time we returned to the apartment

Superb

On the edge of centre and within walking distance to all interesting historical places. Huge apartment suitable for bigger group of travellers and with magnificent view of whole city thanks to the top floor on which it is situated. AC was nice bonus. We also appreciated very nice and helpful host who gave us good overview what to do in Porto and what is worth to see.

Fabulous!

The property was very clean and spacious for the family. The location was perfect for what we were looking for close to everything. The view from the balcony was exceptional loved it. kitchen was fully equipped.

Great, large apartment

Great big apartment. Perfect for a large group of people or families. The host was easy to speak with and very helpful in pointing out all the nearby attractions. Would definitely stay again!

The only thing that was a bit tough was that it was very hot in the city and only three of the six bedrooms had aircon. The apartment did cool down after a while but some of the kids stayed warm..
