Budget Busting

Budget friendly accommodation in excellent location with charming, super helpful and knowledgeable hosts. Having breakfast included was a bonus. I'd definitely recommend.

I forgot to mention I'm allergic to feathers.

Friendly happy comfy home in a quiet location

Bags of character and very homely. Comfy beds and tea making facility. Adequate bathroom with plenty of hot water. Most of all very hospitable hosts who made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our breakfast in their spacious kitchen diner.

Although not an issue for us the shared bathroom facilities may not be to everyone’s taste. Limited parking on road but again we were happy.

Good Value For Money for Family Holiday to Dorset Coast

Good Value for money. Excellent Continental Breakfast served. Spacious Living Room used as Suite.

Cosy and large king size room with a view

very large cosy room and friendly owners who helped us out a lot! I was racing early the Sunday morning and the hosts were very flexible with breakfast.

Disappointing

We liked the place of the house, calm and easy for parking. Friendly and easy communication. The rooms were good, beds are good. The shared bathroom was quite dirty , the breakfast ok.

Wouldnt go back if you paid me!

The property is more like a boarding house than a bed and breakfast. The host was brusque and told us to keep the noise down and to remove our shoes on arrival. The bed was very squeaky and there was a a shared bathroom. The shower was mouldy and the place could have been cleaner. We didnt complete our stay at the property as we just didnt feel comfortable to continue staying there.

Fine for one night

The owners were lovely - friendly and helpful. Accomodation was clean and tidy. Coffee was nice at breakfast.

Room was very small. Located on top floor with sloping ceilings you had to be very carefully or you could regularly bang your head (even getting up from the shared toilet). Bed was a small double, noisy and not very comfortable. A small TV would have been nice.

Would go again-says it all.

Such friendly and welcoming hosts I have rarely encountered. . Breakfast toast cooked freshly with luxury coffee, juices and preserves.Easy walk to centre -quiet area-handy porch for luggage storage.

There was nothing to dislike. Ideally I would choose a private WC /shower room and TV access but there was no problem with the arrangements and good wi-fi meant my devices were sufficient.

Pleasant overnight stay in an attractive town.

Landlady was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her about books. I swapped a book I finished reading with her. The location was convenient too.

Very good

The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The house is a perfect location, a very short walk from bridport high street. We had no trouble finding parking along the road on a Saturday. The hosts are very friendly but also leave you to it aswell.

An en-suite would be a bonus rather than a shared bathroom. However, you get what you pay for and the rate is very reasonable. The bathroom is clean and has a nice powerful shower.

Warm welcome

Friendly, welcoming owners. Very comfortable rooms and every need considered. Excellent fresh, delicious breakfasts. Beautiful garden and easy walking distance to town centre. Free on road parking.

Second stay in two weeks and unless fully booked I will never stay anywhere else in Bridport.

I love the friendliness of the place. So welcoming.
