Service is very good thanks to Layla in reception.
Staff is very helpful and skillful.
Breakfast is excellent same everyday but always fresh.
Room view a construction building which make it very noisy. Also when there is a strong wind you can hear air voices all around the windows that is not isolated.
Air-conditioning is weak and we cannot use the gas heaters which make the room cold.
Bathroom is good but sometimes it smells.

Miss Nergiz at reception was very warm welcoming, supporting and much helping. She took her work much seriously. We made early check in and she was already well organised and waiting for us so we didn't had to wait. I had registration issue which she solved very comfortably and supportively. I am much grateful upon to miss Nergiz for this. Hotel was good, clean attractive site near sea and baku white city. The staff was much polite and helping. Will recommend this hotel for stay and especially due to miss Nergiz hospitality.

Cleaning was not that much good, and hotel view was awful.

Comfortable hotel with staff who really try to help and to make you feel welcome (even if they don't always know English).
The breakfast was the standard Azerbaijani hotel breakfast, so not very original but it gets the job done.
Tap water isn't really drinkable in Azerbaijan, but the hotel gives you bottled water on demand for free.
The location isn't the greatest. It's 5-10 minutes walk from Khatai metro station, but remember that Khatai is a little out of the way as far as metro stations go. To rejoin the main metro network, you need to take the metro to Jafar Jabbarli, and walk to the connected 28 May metro station.

Amazing room. So clean, bright and big. The staff were very polite and hospitable. They offered us Tea whenever they saw us. Walkable from the metro. There are shops/restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

In comparison to other hotels in Baku that we were living in this one was very nice. Rooms are comfortable. And personnel were nice and willing to help. Offered tea every time we were at the hall. Manager Leila helped us with registration and answered all our questions. I think we will return to this hotel.
Only minor disadvantages. Bedsheets were synthetic, and every time came with static electricity. We came at the time of reconstruction, so during the daytime sometime it was noisy. But in the night it was quiet. Personnel were smoking inside the hall, but it is unfortunate very common in Azerbaijan. There were gaps in the window, but we managed to fix it.

Staff was very kind. Always trying to help and ready to whatever you need
