Das Frühstücksbuffet war für mein Geschmack super. Zimmer super. Personal sehr freundlich.
Ohne Lift ist die vierte Etage ein täglicher Früh-/Spätsport

Nice location, quiet hotel, friendly staff, nice room
Room on the 4th floor was a bit hot, the sleeping couch not very comfortable

Great staff, nice rooms and good location, very close to the subways.
No elevator was a bit hard at the end of the day

Beautiful hotel with charm, lovely staff and great breakfast on the leafy terrace
It was lovely - nothing negative to say

Great location, excellent breakfast, clean, quiet and in front of lovey park.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable (Tibet room) - although staff offered us a different solution on day 2. The main issue is the key system. Highly unpredictable and was stressful at night - we could get in and needed to rely on phone calls and other guests arriving (after 11pm there is no “front desk”). The same challenges persist at your room door! This must change. So off putting

The room was spacious and very clean. The hosts were very kind and informative.
There is no lift (inconvenient for families with children), and the price make it unsustainable to stay more than a couple of nights.

Breakfast could have been more Scandinavian-type (buffet with porridge, fruit etc.)

Tibet suite was a good good size for our family of four. Sofa bed was folded down and ready for us when we showed up. Restaurant on property. Good breakfast with great service. Far away from city center to be quiet, but still close. A nice walk through the park and over the river takes you right into the old town.
Fourth floor with no elevator.

Good location
I had an issue regarding the check- in time shown on Booking.com and the actual hotel check-in time, I had to wait 2 hours to get my room ready, and I had to rescheduled my afternoon . Some facility in the room were not working, like lighting and heating.
4th floor without elevator, and breakfast very poor.
For the price I had to pay for 1 night, which is comparable to a 5 stars hotel, it was definitely not worth it.
Great location tho.

Really good location on quiet street but right next to a train station. Great atmosphere in the cafe/bar downstairs. Excellent price for Munich.

At 21:30 there was nobody in the hotel on reception, I had to wait there 20 minutes; nobody knows that I will arrive. No cleanig in the room during my stay (2 nights), not value for money

The location. The attitude of the chef in the restaurant.
