This is the second time we stayed here, and as before, it was clean and comfortable. Will be back again sometime.

Good stay

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was super clean and had all the cute bear and fish decor. We didn't cook while here but the kitchen looked fully equipped. (It had what I needed, a tea kettle and wine opener!...) The bathroom was small yet functional! I liked the separation of the sink to the toilet/shower area. The shower had plenty of hot water! We didn't use the pull out beds in the livingroom but those couches were comfy! (I fell asleep on them nightly.) We didn't use the t.v. in the bedroom but livingroom t.v. worked great! The king size bed was comfy and with how quiet the condo was I slept great! The bedroom was like a cave! I had no idea what time it was which was great! (We have a memory foam mattress at home so I'm picky when it comes to beds. This is a spring mattress but they have good topper on it!.) (PLENTY of extra bedding if necessary.) We did use the hot tub, it was a nice amenity after snowboarding. We didn't use the laundry room but it's clean. The hot tub/laundry room is nice and close to the condo. Our truck is too lifted and wide for the garage but having that option is nice. Parking wasn't an issue at all. There was plenty of parking spots and off street parking. So we didn't need to walk far. A few cars did park next to the building stairs and on the snow storage area so they got ticketed. Be aware they take the safety of their complex seriously. Park in designated spots only. Only thing I'll caution is that if you can't do stairs than staying here might be an issue. There was about 20 stairs to the condo. That's not a lot but if you aren't used to the altitude it seems like a lot. I will say that the complex did keep them well maintained from ice and snow. We will be back! It was a fantastic stay!!!

We had a great time staying at this condo. The owner was very helpful even with last minute questions. It is definitely an older mountain property that could use a little handiwork, but we were very comfortable and fully enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It’s a very nice place for a small group

We had a lovely stay! This condo is in a very ideal location with easy access to the mountain and the village. It was comfortable and well stocked with a great hot tub to soak after a long day of skiing. You have to walk up a big staircase to get to the condo so beware if you are traveling with someone that has mobility problems.

If you have a group of 4 or fewer this little place is perfect in Mammoth lakes. There are quite a few stairs so make sure you're capable. Plenty of sleeping room and blankets and pillows, plus the kitchen has everything you need. Howard was great at communicating. Thanks for the hospitality!

Clean and very quiet, also economical. Nice view. The bathroom is tiny, like airliner tiny. The electronics were difficult to operate and the instruction book was for a completely different system.

We had a great time staying here. Quiet complex with an added bonus of a garage. Cable TV, fireplace, comfortable bed, view from the deck, and great communication with the owner. September is a great time to visit Mammoth!

Nice property. Perfect for 2 people. Has fully equipped house. Comfortable king bed and good location to village and trails.

Fully enjoyed my one week stay in Howard's condo. It is clean, comfortable and close to town and the basin lakes. Owner was quickly responsive to my texts. Great vacation spot.

The condo was clean and very comfortable! The kitchen is very well stocked which made it easy to cook all our meals. The bed was comfortable. We sat in the jacuzzi(perfect temp.) every evening and played games in the game room… it was great entertainment. We really enjoyed this condo and would definitely book again.

Older condo complex, but unit appears to have received lots of TLC from vigilant owner. No complaints. Good place at a good rate.

Me and my kids had a really nice stay in Mammoth. Very close to Eagle and Canyon lodges. The unit had everything we needed and very clean. Covered parking in garage is a big plus. Owner is responsive and very helpful. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend it.

Very comfy and and an excellent kitchen. Very much enjoyed our stay. Only thing I can think of to add to the place is flannel sheets, otherwise very pleased!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The unit was well-appointed and clean and happy. The layout of the space was great. The bed was very comfortable. The dining nook was perfect and fun.

We were looking forward to spending most of a week in Mammoth skiing. The weather had different plans. With no skiing to be done we were stuck inside. Couldn't have picked a more comfortable place to spend an epic snowstorm. The bed is comfy the oven heats well. There was plenty of space for us to spread out while being together in a small space. It was excellent to have covered parking. Made leaving a cinch. Howard was so helpful and responsive. Hoping to come back sometime later in the season and actually ski.

As advertised, the view was lovely. We really appreciated the garage and didn’t mind the stairs at all although there are 30+ and they are exterior and open to the weather. The kitchen was well-stocked. We were out and about most days and the location suited our needs well!

This is a great property for a getaway to the mountains. The property is not perfect, but it is clean, nicely appointed and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it and intend to return sometime in the future.

Very comfortable condo for two people with a bit of a mountain view. It's nestled among tall pines and gets great mountain breezes. Great summer location - from here you can easily walk to village or take the trail up to twin lakes. The condo is updated 70's style, well decorated. There's a shared garage but that was nice to have for storing our stuff. The owner, Howard, was super responsive with the few things we needed. The only down side for us was 2 1/2 flights of stairs to access the unit But the upside is that the condo sits above the others in front of it so that what provides the view and mountain breezes. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo had a kitchen, privacy, a little peak a view of the mountain and a teeny lil patio. Just what I wanted, my challenge and could be mine alone - - - was some deferred maintenance (bathtub/ shower) kitchen rugs were pretty grimy, over lacking cleanliness in nooks and underbed. Perhaps change out the carpet to a luxury vinyl with rugs that can be machine washed. Felt like the bedspread was old and well used. LOVED the stairs as I was trying to train for a big hike but most would have trouble with the number and steepness. Parking in a too tight garage was a no go and I parked on street. However on positive notes - - - sheets & linens were clean. The kitchen has a full set of useful and clean dishes and the original art is homey. The view of mountain from sofa was special.

We had a comfortable stay in an amazingly peaceful and quiet spot in a very busy summer town. Parking was easy and everything we needed was in the condo. Loved the hot tub in the evenings and the magnetic screen door to the balcony. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice, small but was ok with family of 4.

Self check in and check out was nice. We liked the cozy decor and art. The view was lovely. Lots of bird watching from the balcony. We really appreciated the full kitchen. The hot tub was relaxing. Communication with the property owner/manager was great. Located close to town. The sound on the TV in the living room was poor quality. It would be nice if the light switch in the bedroom worked a light. Overall very happy with our stay.

Some light switches didn’t work, kitchen faucet needs repair

The property manager was very accommodating for us, by letting us drop off our luggage early so that we could have more room in our truck to go fishing.
