Overall: very good experience, excellent for the location and staff interaction

The provided alternative to the original flat has excellent location, close to liverpool street station - easy access to transportation to other parts of London. Equipments available.

Preferable to have been notified of the alternative flat ( because of issues with the original property) earlier than what happened with us. Weather was hot during the stay, so with the climate change, making air conditioning available may help. Reasonable but not cheap rent cost for the stay period

Great location. Would definitely stay again.

The flat was even better than advertised. We only stayed for a week, but wish it could have been longer. Master bedroom had a large bed and it’s own bathroom. There was also another full bath in the hallway. Nice kitchen with washer, refrigerator, etc. There’s also a nice courtyard inside of the complex and MANY restaurant options very close. We especially liked the Brewhouse Kitchen, Ticca Tikka, Rise & Bloom (coffee and pastries), as well as many other restaurants offering all types of cuisine. Other good spots that were a short walk (10 minutes) include the Hoxton Fish House (takeaway) and the George & Vulture pub on Pitfield Street. The apartment was great and spacious. We’ll definitely stay there again the next time we’re in London.

A lovely apartment

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. The furnishings and decorations were very tasteful. Bedrooms were sizeable and beds very comfortable, including the sofa bed.

Property was a little hard to find, taxi driver struggled to find it. But once inside it was a lovely apartment.

Well located apartment great for bigger families

The location is great in the vibrant East London, loved the size of the apartment, we were five people and it was perfect. The layout of the apartment was nice so everyone had some privacy as well as a nice common area. We had some issues arriving due to our flight being delayed and the host was quick to respond and ready to help us find a solution.

Picking up the keys was a major issue after hours - due to our flight being delayed we arrived after midnight and had to walk around half an hour to another hotel for key pickup. As we arrived at the apartment, we discovered that there was a night guard at the building, so it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't pick up the keys on site. Also, the bathroom vents were quite noisy so if you turned them on during the night they would disturb the others.

Good location and large apartment.

Good location in the middle of Shoreditch and large apartment. Things are starting to wear a little, like the bathrooms.

The owner requested a separate cash deposit, I have still not received this back or received any communication after leaving the apartment one week ago. I have tried contacting with no response.

Long family weekend with toddler

Very central location. Property was clean and well kept. Lots of floor space.

Road outside was very loud/busy on Saturday night. Flat is on 1st floor, not ground floor.
