About this house rental

Welcome to Kim and Bill's Savannah suite in Kennesaw Georgia just north of Atlanta. We offer treetop living in the foothills of the north Georgia mountains. Come see what true southern hospitality is all about. The sleeping quarters includes a very comfortable double bed with television, featuring HBO. A private bathroom with shower is just steps away.

Guest Access

Our one bedroom with office space offers a private coded entrance separated from the rest of the house. Other amenities included are the ancient ruins of Pachu Mechu complete with sacrificial fire ring (wooden logs only please).

We respect our guests privacy but are available a phone call or text away.

We are located in a modern neighborhood tucked away from the main roads

This was the first time I rented VRBO. I was a bit nervous at first. But after talking to Kim, I felt much better. The pictures are spot on. I was pleasantly surprised on how comfortable the space was and what seemed to be a very nice neighborhood. It is perfect for one or two. It is definitely better than a hotel. I would definitely go back when the opportunity comes around again.

While small, it was still roomy enough for 2. We had all the things we needed, and easy access to our rented space. Kim was so quick to respond and took great care of us, and our requests. I requested an extra day 2x and she immediately helped me out. Great little area, I was very impressed with the stay.

My stay at Kim’s beautiful house was absolutely perfect! She went over and beyond to make sure things were ready for me even at a last minute notice. I felt very comfortable and safe in her home. Everything was clean and the neighborhood with rolling hills and beautiful homes is absolutely stunning! I would definitely stay here again!

This little apartment was perfect for my visit to Kennesaw. This was my first time staying in a shared home, but the apartment was private and easy to access. The location was great for me because my children live only a few streets over, so the drive to visit was very quick and easy. Everything was exactly as expected and I hope to stay again on my next visit.

My flight was delayed and the self-check-in was accommodating. The suite had everything that I needed to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. The hot water was hot and just what I needed to relieve the stress of a long travel day. The towels were soft, the water was soft, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Slept like a baby and woke up to birds chirping in the backyard. Highly recommend and I plan to do this again just to get-away.

Bill & Kim have created a wonderful apartment in their beautiful home. It is quiet and private with outside access. Their property is beautiful. Kim was very gracious to us making sure all our needs were met. This was our third visit and we highly recommend it.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Bill & Kim’s property. It was our first time staying in a shared home, but we were comforted by the fact we had our own separate entrance. The space was clean, and the hosts provided extra amenities. It was relatively quiet during our stay. We could hear their television, but that’s to be expected when you share a home with someone. Closing the door to the bedroom drowned it out. It can get quite warm at night, so definitely utilize their air conditioning. We had to set it to 66 for relief, although we normally keep our house at 71. I did compliment and thank the hosts a couple times for the hospitality, and surprisingly never got a response back, even after checking out, but that didn’t impact our stay. The guest book and being able to see where other people travel in from was a nice touch. We would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Check in was painless.....the suite was beautiful, quiet and well maintained.....in a beautiful area! The hosts gave us total privacy, and were prompt to answer any questions about the accommodations. I am very pleased that I chose their bungalow for my stay in Georgia! Oh....and its a hop skip and a jump from the Interstate.....which makes getting down to Atlanta a breeze.

This VRBO is in a beautiful neighborhood. No busy traffic, just the simple sounds of birds chirping. Only minutes from Downtown Woodstock! I would definitely stay here again in the future. Everything was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay! Thank you Bill and Kim!
