Luxurious, kind staff, convenient for transport.

I love the relaxation area downstairs with the sauna and cold plunge pool, the breakfast was delicious, hotel staff were lovely, and the hotel was right across from the bus stop so it was very convenient.

It was quite hot the two nights I stayed here, so I was a tad disappointed that the window could not be opened very far (understandable, but a fly wire could be used to prevent things coming in or going out the window), and there was a fan provided, but it was not very strong. It also seems quite inconvenient that the front door has only steps? I did not see a ramp, so for those on wheelchairs or travellers who often have bags on wheels, it is not that convenient to enter.

The breakfast is amazing, the location is excellent- within the old town but also near to the boats for trips and the staff are so helpful

Great fun, excellent food and drinks, superb staff and really relaxing rooms.

This is quite simply one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff were incredible, the Food exceptional particularly the Meatballs and breakfast. The Bar Staff were really cool and the hotel has a great atmosphere. very trendy but also really professional. Superb location

It was very good, but the only little thing was the noise from the street

It is so clean and the interiour is fab' the bed is good and the ffeling of the room was nice. The loation to a busy street, not so nice.

Much noie from the busy street, next time I would like to request a room on the other side.

Superbe destination, superbe hôtel!

Emplacement privilégié, chambre cosy bien que petite, personnel très sympathique, petit déjeuner de qualité.

Quelques oublis au niveau du service de chambre , comme parfois l’eau ou le sachet poubelle.

Great Central Location in the Old Town

Fantastic central and quiet location in the old town facing the seafront. Very comfortable room, in our case with a corner room with wonderful sea views. The buffet breakfast was fantastic (with choices for guest with allergies like lactose) and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Not much to complain about. If anything, it was not possible to book tables for breakfast so we had to wait a little (not very long though) to find a table for five people.

På det hela taget en väldigt trevlig vistelse.

Proffsig och trevlig personal. Rummet var enligt förväntan och förutom den tjocka kudden så var sängen jätteskön!

Själva frukosten var bra men personalen kändes lite stressad. Vi hade bokat bord på restaurangen på kvällen (trots att det uppenbarligen inte skulle ha varit möjligt p g a julbord) så det fanns inget bord till oss där, men som tur var kunde vi få ett bord i den bakre restaurangen som endast hade drop in så det löste sig. Tur att vi bara var två! Personalen där var däremot väldigt proffsig och maten var god.

Enjoyable, relaxing and all within walking distance

We had a pleasant stay at the Reisen Hotel. The hotel is in a central location and The majority of the attractions are within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable. The bar is a really lovely place to relax in the evenings and there is a lovely bakery right opposite the hotel where they bake everything on a daily basis!

We had a room facing the harbour and as we were on the third floor, it was peaceful though I can imagine the traffic may be a bit noisy especially at the weekend.

Beautiful hotel in the best part of town

The room was on the small side, but nicely laid out with plenty of storage and a nice view with a little seating area. Our bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing, but remains quiet at night.

Although the breakfast was very good, it was a bit pricey for the area. In addition, the servers seemed concerned about having us pay immediately when we sat rather than at the end, as is typical. Finally, our plates were taken before we were finished. Overall, though the food was very good, the experience was lacking.

Great location in the centre of the city and close to Slussen ferry stop. Breakfast choice was particularly good. The rooms are compact but well equipped and maintained, with those at the front of the hotel having good views over the water
