Stylish hotel in a great location with delicious breakfast!

Beautiful hotel! Breakfast was superb with lots of options to choose from and a lovely space to sit inside or outside. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. A great place to stay!

We had the sofa bed out for our daughter to use and this meant there wasn’t much floor space left to have suitcases open, but otherwise the room was great.

Terrible experience. And never use Scandic hotels again

Beds were terrible uncomfortable receptionist took money from my credit card that he should not have done ! They gave me a food voucher for compensation.a burger and chips!

Güzel bir otel

Otel gayet rahat ve konforlu, kahvaltısı gayet iyi, personel son derece titiz. Sorunsuz bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Metro istasyonuna yakın ve şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde, ayrıca önünde güzel bir park var. Tavsiye ederim.

Розташування в тихому місці біля парку, до всіх головних локацій 1,2 - 2 км, пішки 20-25 хв. Привітний персонал. Достатній вибір страв на сніданок.

Трошки бракувало ідеальної чистоти в номері, але це моє дуже субєктивне :) нічого критичного.

Supertrevlig personal, bra lägen och god mat.

Frukosten är mycket bra på hotellet. Även middagen på kvällen. Läget på hotellet är kanon och rummet har totalrenoverats. Personalen är suverän utom en vid insläpp till frukost som har feln attityd till jobbet men löstes av de övriga.

Med den bil vi har kan det inbland vara svårt med parkering men löste sig bra denna gången. Något neddragen volym på restaurangen på kvällen men fantastisk service.

Very, very pleasant

Easy access to room. Staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was tremendous and generous. Bar was relaxing. Location was 10-15 minute walk from main front & old town. Lots of cafes and bars nearby.

Central location, decent buffet

Room was average. Some staff were nice, other quite rude and unwilling to help. We had to follow up 4 times across 40 minutes in order to stop a party from happening in the bedroom right before us. Housekeeping was just horrible. Under the guise of “sustainability” they didn’t come the first day even after we explicitly asked to have the room cleaned. The other days they didn’t clean neither the bathtub nor the sink, for the whole duration of our stay, and swept the pajamas under the blanket without even folding it. I’ve never seen such a sloppy housekeeping and it’s just not acceptable for a “4 star” hotel.

Very clean, comfortable hotel, nice location, quiet rooms, fabulous breakfast.

Breakfast was great, possibly the best scrambled eggs ever at a breakfast buffet, and a really proper range of gluten free items so that I felt well catered for.

Minor point but it was disappointing that the hotel bar was closed on Sunday evening.

Amazing breakfast, stunning location, would highly recommend.

Breakfast was amazing. Huge selection, large variety and a lovely restaurant setting. The room was nice, although lacking somewhat in natural light, but for the money it was very lovely. Location was fantastic, couldn't have asked for more.

The beds weren't as comfortable as they could have been. I wasn't expecting the shower to be a wet room, but it was still very nice. The main thing was I didn't realise we had to request to have our room cleaned, but I'm sure they would have done a great job should we have requested it.

Ideal choice for anyone who seeks a nice, quiet hotel within walking distance from the centre

Great value for money. Spacious and elegant room, rich breakfast buffet. The location is conveniently close to the city centre and the metro. Guests are a mix of businessmen and families with children but, thankfully, there was no problem with noise.

The bed mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

Excellent location for families

Location great for families with Hundegården opposite and close to restaurants, sightseeing etc

Smoking in the port meant we couldn't have the door open very much

Nice hotel in the city center area

I've spent 3 nights in a hotel. The location is very good. Convenient to get to the main locations. The staff was polite and friendly. Room was quite spacious, nicely decorated. It had almost everything what is necessary (towels, tea/coffee, hair dryer etc.) It was clean in the room. Breakfast had a wide range of food and beverages.

I would suggest improving two things 1) availability of robes and slippers 2) air conditioner - it was cold in the room. When I finally managed to set the temperature, the air conditioner started stutter quite loudly, and I couldn't manage to stop it.

Calm stay at a great location

Great location in one of the cleanest and calm locations in the inner city, walking distance to everywhere. Nice design, classy without being overly posh. The staff was great and helpful, and the room was tidy, clean and sleek. Highly recommended!
