Good stay, attractive and comfortable. Beach very close!

Bright and clean in a very good location. Comfortable with a good view. Good facilities.and reasonably close to public transport. Close to beach and coffee shop.

No blind on bathroom/ toilet window. Lack of personal privacy was a concern. Only one seat for dining.

Ich fand die Lage toll. Nahe am Strand und nicht mitten im Trubel. Es befindet sich zwischen Surfers Paradise und Broadbeach, ein ca. 20min Fußmarsch. Dort tut sich abends sehr viel, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants. Straßenbahn ca. 7min zu Fuß entfernt. Ich mochte den Poolbereich gerne, den hatte ich fast für mich alleine. Sehr schön mit vielen Palmen umgeben. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, für mich alleine. Die Möbel waren teilweise älter und es war nicht perfekt sauber (Haare) Dennoch fühlte ich mich gut aufgehoben.

The hidden Gem in The Golden Strip..

Everything. Location brilliant, room brilliant, pool brilliant, BBQ facilities brilliant, balcony brilliant, staff super brilliant and price amazingly brilliant. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Surfer Paradise Resort for making my holiday one of the best ever. 👌🏾 planning another trip to you in March..

Very pleasant stay and a fantastic view.

The room was great and very well presented, excellent view, decent split system air conditioning and a good location that wasn't too far from shops and places to eat. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer and the bed was a good size.

Only minor quibbles, but when we arrived, there was no plug for the spa bath (which had been a key selling point for us) however the venue staff attended to this after hours and promptly. The wood in the ceiling fans also seemed to have rotted/decayed/bloated a bit, but it was just an aesthetic issue so very minor. No dishwasher was a surprise but again not the end of the world. The bed was also a bit too soft, gave my partner a very sore back, but I didn't mind and it was a good size. The TV was also offset somewhat to the right as relative to the couch, but again, that is just my pedantry and most people wouldn't care. It was a great room.

Great accommodation / fabulous location!

Easy to locate - great value for money - clean and tidy.

Just the drying rack behind the door scared me when it clattered to the ground when I shut the bathroom door.

Nice big one bedroom unit, good location and nice staff.

Nice big one bedroom unit. The bed was comfortable and cosy. Good location a couple of blocks from the beach. Nice sitting on the balcony of an evening. Reception staff very nice and helpful.

No dishwasher but not a big deal for a short stay. Would have liked to have windows open during the day but it looked like the balcony could be accessed by adjoining units so left them closed. The wardrobe is tiny and hidden behind the bedroom door, but again no big deal for a short stay.

Great location and comfortable rooms

Nice rooms, pool, tennis court but really not much thought inside the rooms. Got a bath with jets but no salt or bubble bath. No paper towels in kitchen etc. Just a little effort would make it a much nicer stay

Great view.

The view was great. The staff were friendly. I like the unit. The price was good for the size of the unit.

The bed was very hard, and the shower was over the spa. There was nowhere to hang clothes, and the oven was not so clean. These things made the stay inconcenient. The coffee cups were not clean.

Won’t be back at over 300 a night a rip off

The tennis court and view

The spa bath with a shower in it . The corridor with bad cooking smells and the cost . The distance to a supermarket was far and the Sunny cafe was a rip off .

The room was great it was a great view and good size

The bed was 2 single mattress pushed together but the mattress were different heights so there a massive decide In the middle. There was a dirty used piece of soap left over from anther person in the soap dish.

Nice quite spot for surfers paradise

Location is great. Great Seaview. Two street away from the beach. Nice and quiet street

I did like the property. However, they did not provide any blanket or quilt. It is a bit chilly at night. That’s the only negative thing about the property. Intensity is not fully set. But no drama for me.

Suited my needs perfectly and was priced right. Even though I stayed for work, wouldnt be disappoint

Great location with close proximity to beach, Broadbeach and short drive to Surfers Paradise. Appreciated the late check out due to an afternoon flight. Didnt get a chance to use facilities but looked inviting.

Check in on Saturday afternoon and no staff on. Check in was scheduled 2pm but room wasn't ready and told by cleaning staff after 3pm earliest. Meant a walk to Broadbeach in my travel gear which wasnt ideal having come from Melbourne.

Disappointing

Central to everywhere we needed to go

The cleanliness and the smell. Air conditioning had mould. The floors and lounges were stained. Cobwebs in the room. The spa we wouldn’t have even tried to use.

5 nights on the Gold Coast.

Location, view, pool was so nice and it was great to have a gym.

Apartment was in real need of some TLC. There was no wardrobe or storage for our suitcases. Carpet was poor. Bathroom was like a sauna, no ventilation.

brilliant location, just what we needed. 2 min walk to the beach and felt so homely too. loved the view and the facilities were excellent. thank you for a wonderful stay, wish we could of stayed longer.

would definitely stay their again it is a beautiful hotel. Nice and quite friendly staff.

the bed was comfortable and we loved the pool and spa.

the room wasn’t completely tidy, left over makeup on bathroom vanity tampon wrapper left under bedside table. dusting not up to standards. complained to staff they apologised and during our stay house keeping stopped by twice and cleaned up fresh sheets towels which was lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

Generally it was ok but the room needs updating. Staff were nice.

The location was great and the pool, spa and gym facilities were great.

In desperate need of an upgrade to the room. I also had to pull out and clean the aircon filters as they were completely covered in dust.

It was central, a short walk to shops and the beach/surfers paradise beach.

The washing machine didn’t work, the spa bath was cracked on the outside, there was not enough towels or toilet paper for the week so had to go and buy toilet paper as the reception hours didn’t suit the times we were there as we were on day trips out for most of the days. A few things could be improved.
