Great hotel, comfortable, large room and a maginficient spa. the hotel was really close to the lifts and ski rentals which we really appreciated.
There could be more waiters in the breakfast area, it took us some time to order our morning cofees.

Rooms are modern inside & spacious, several excellent restaurants onsite. Excellent breakfast to get the day started and if half board a 4/5 course evening meal with a great menu. Extensive & varied wine list. Large wellness area & pool, massage available.

good location in the centre of town.
The premier restaurant was extremely disappointing: reasonable food but very slow service and institutional ambiance.

This is a wonderful hotel, restaurant and spa. The facilities, service and amazing attention to detail are all first class. it’s not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
Can’t think of one thing!

very cozy, Italian restaurant of good quality, friendly staff
breakfast is a little bit modest
5.0
The size and furnishings of the room.
The Italian Restaurant had excellent food and friendly service.
Breakfast buffet was great with nice choice of items.
The music in the Italian Restaurant should be changed to Italian music.
We did not eat in the main restaurant as we don't like menus which read - Parsley, Cream, Carotte, Fish (just as an example)
We much preferred the straight forward a la carte menu in years before.
Water in Pool from Spa area could be a bit warmer...

it has everything you could possibly need

Most of all, the staff was very helpful, the room was brightly clean and what like the most, I could enjoy the first morning coffee on the balcony with the wonderful and incredible view on mountains!
Wanted to stay for a few days longer...

VIP Treatment for every guest is the standard at this luxury hotel. The entire staff is committed to a personalized desire to make your stay memorable, from the room cleaners coming in early evening to check that all is good in the room and leaving a Swiss chocolate late nite treat, to the reception staff, who give the impression that the are talking with you in their home livingroom rather than a hotel lobby, to the walk round the entire hotel and spa when you first arrive, to Abilio Ribeiro, the shuttle driver, with his interesting conversation and literal " door to door" service as he placed our luggage into our rental car. Thank you all for a magical experience in a magical place.
4.5
Great location, very nice room, bar and spa area. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly, the shuttles to the ski lifts and to / from the parking were very fast. The upgrade to the hotel compared to seven years ago were very nice.
The Caesar Ritz restaurant did not offer a great variety of plates and was quite pricey
4.0
Very centrally located, with several very available electric cars that can take you anywhere across town, to the various ski lifts or the car park.
Large and never too crowded restaurant. Pleasant bar. Large spa with multiple saunas and hammam options.
Very nice and helpful staff.
The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the town, therefore the view from the rooms on the mountain isn’t always very open and full.

excellent hotel, great location, food, wonderful rooms and very friendly stuff.
4.5
The staff. Everyone genuinely kind and helpful. We could use the wellness even the whole day after check out. Great service. Cozy and beautifully furnished room, including smart little details, like a backpack and thermos for hikes.
The room temperature was hot and couldn't be adjusted in the room. The water pressure in the wellness area was poor and there was no soap there or shampoo, only in the room. As vegans we would appreciate a better offer of vegan products for breakfast (however we got some extra vegan products), like more sorts of vegetables (e.g. baked mushrooms or beans, etc.) And to mark products, which are vegan.
