Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando gli standard di Bolzano.

La struttura non è recente ma tenuta magnificamente e arredata con gusto vintage e colori caldi e rilassanti in ogni ambiente. Interni ed esterni denotano grande cura dei dettagli. Splendida l'area piscina e il Luna Bar, dove viene servita una colazione al buffet o alla carta davvero squisita e con prodotti di prima scelta. Il buffet costa 25 euro per persona ma ne vale la pena, soprattutto per chi ama il salato. C'è grande varietà di ogni cosa e sono inclusi anche centrifugati, uova strapazzate e pancake o crepes che vengono preparati in modo espresso. Tra le opzioni di frutta fresca ho molto apprezzato le fragole e i mirtilli, eccellente la selezione di frutta secca e creme spalmabili e marmellate.

L'espresso fuori menu a colazione la mattina, che ho pagato a parte, non si può sentire.

Struttura non al livello del prezzo richiesto e dal sapore vetusto.

Posizione (molto centrale e comoda per il centro città; molto tranquilla e poco trafficata; vicinanza alla stazione e alla funivia per il Renon) Giardino (bel parco in pieno centro a Bolzano; piscina esterna riscaldata) Servizi accessori (sauna, yoga, ecc.)

Camera molto piccola e spoglia Bagno minuscolo dove si fa fatica anche a lavarsi Servizio housekeeping scarso (mancanza prodotti igiene personale - shampoo, bagnoschiuma, sapone -, lampadine bruciate e specchi che si staccano dal muro) Struttura simile ad un vecchio collegio o clinica con corridoi enormi ma spogli e freddi Buffet colazione nel corridoio e sala colazioni più funzionale ad un bar per aperitivi che per le colazioni (divani e poltrone con tavolini bassi) Colazione non inclusa (poco chiara questa indicazione in fase di prenotazione) e costo esagerato (25€) da aggiungere al costo di una camera standard (250€) Paercheggio a pagamento ma senza abbonamento (solo sconto 50%), così da obbligare gli ospiti a pagare ogni volta che utilizzano la macchina.

Buona posizione per un we a Bolzano per visitare la città.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio coperto collegato con la reception. Personale gentile. Camere accoglienti ben arredate.

Struttura che paga gli anni che si porta sulle spalle. Tutto è pulito e ben arredato, ma un refitting generale non sarebbe male.

Top breakfast and sauna was great !

All the rest below standards. Room relatively small and with a strong odor of fried food. Staff was surprised when asking about getting invoice, even if I asked that the night before. There are much better hotels for a 200 euros room, below standards.

totally not worth the money spent

perfect location in old town, right next to (paid) parking garage. friendly staff. one could sense that this used be a grand luxury hotel (but those are by-gone days— read below about what I didn’t like about the property).

air conditioner would not work properly despite staff’s attempt to turn it on. the room was initially very warm/hot. Although Bolzano gets very cool in the evening, opening the window was a weak fallback option due to sounds of night revelers and cars entering or leaving to the parking garage right below our window. as a result it was hard to get the night’s rest one would expect when paying what was an already exorbitant $300/night for a very old, non modernized hotel room. the room had cheap furniture and lacked and sense of modernization or sophistication. it’s an old hotel that has not been sufficiently updated. that said, the staff was very friendly and charming.

Would recommend for location but also the wonderful hotel itself, it's services and general ambience

Classy intimate hotel with modern styling. Great facilities, very clean rooms with Bluetooth speakers a plus. Great stylish bar and lawn for summer drinks and reclining on the lounger. Location couldn't hvae been better either, 5 minutes from rail station and also minutes from downtown Bolzano & all it has to offer. Would 100% stay again should I be in Bolzano again soon. Staff very friendly and helpful too. Very pleasantly surprised!

If only we could have had one more night!

A pleasant stay with an excellent room in characterful hotel...but could do better!

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk from the centre of Bolzano. The room was immaculate and large with an excellent "period" bathroom. The garden in front of the hotel is a wonderful spot to take breakfast and enjoy an evening drink.

1. Breakfast. Everything is served to your table. At times service became chaotic with orders delayed or forgotten. A much better solution would be to set up a serving area within the bar area to allow guests to serve themselves with cold items such as cereals, fruit, juices and breads. This would free up the staff to deal solely with drinks and hot food orders into the kitchen, ensuring a smoother service. 2. Car Park. The hotel doesn't own the car park but the car park uses the hotel's name. There is a 50% discount on parking charges for hotel guests. However, when the automatic barriers break down (as they did) preventing entry, the hotel was unable to contact the car park operator to alert them to the problem and get a fix. Consequently, the car park access was down for one night during our stay. There is clearly a commercial relationship with the car park operator but this needs to be formalised with a service level agreement and call out contact details to get a rapid fix when needed. On street parking is difficult to find nearby and the availability of this car park is an asset to the hotel which would encourage guests to choose to stay there. To merely say that the repair of the "Mondschein" parking barriers is out of the hotel's jurisdiction reflects poorly on the hotel's image.

Breakfast room staff very unfriendly and abrupt lacking totally in hospitality. The room was inongruent with the price. Would not recommend and will not return when I travel to Bozen in the future.

We really loved the area and would go back in a heartbeat. Speaking German would be a big help.

The location was easy access from the train station and to other attractions in the town. Very Walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The rom was comfortable and we loved being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the birds. The sauna was great too!

The bartender did not know how to make a Vodka Martini. Oh well. There was no top sheet on the bed - this was true of a couple hotels we stayed in. There were no washcloths, this was also true of other places we stayed in.

nice hotel, good location, expensive breakfast.

sauna was broken one day before, and thats why we booked the hotel, for spa. Actually we had to discuss about, but in the end we got some discount.

Would stay there again

Loved the bar that was amazing, great cocktails (so yummy), very cool style. Breakfast was also really great Loved the overall style of the hotel, we loved the look and feel of it. Staff very friendly.

The only downside was that the sauna didnt get very hot at all
