Es war ein super Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Stadt!

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage für Ausflüge zum Rittnerhorn oder Wanderungen um Bozen herum, aber auch die Lage zur Stadt und zum Bahnhof ist super! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und Anna und Fabio sind tolle Vermieter!!!

Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben gleich geholfen. Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Exceptional

Beautiful apartment in a really convenient location in Bolzano near the cable car station. Great WiFi and aircon inside. Really loved how there were so many instructions in the apartment about how to use appliances like the coffee machine as well as which bins to use for different recycling. It was fantastic that we got a Bolzano card which we could use on public transport and even some of the cable cars. Thank you Fabio for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment. The location is very convenient for the centro storico as well as the main bus and train stations. The funivia of Renon is right next door. Fabio and Anna are excellent and attentive hosts.

It’s comfortable and easy.

The apartment is close to train station, bus 350 to Dolomites, and supermarket, which all make the travel lot more easier. Water pressure is great. You can tell Fabio and Anna pay a lot of attention on the details; they also provide napkins, paper towel, and a big bottle of water as well, which make the stay more comfortable.

Great apartment in a great location

Really helpful hosts, the apartment had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location is also great - walking distance to the old town, train/bus stations and the cable car.

One minor thing - the building has poor sound isolation (not the fault of the hosts obviously), so you can hear the neighbors really well :)

Wonderful short trip to Bozen

very nice large apartment with a balcony; beautifully bathroom with a nice walk-in shower convenient to the center of Bozen and right next to the Ritten cable car. food shopping across the street. parking is difficult in Bozen. there is a parking garage across the street from the building but it is quite pricy. .

Great apartment with fantastic host!

The apartment is great! It is very clean and very well organized. You can find anything you need and even more than what you would expect. There is a nice balcony ideal for an aperitivo al fresco or a dinner. For sure it is one of the best where I have been in the last years. The location is fantastic, close to the cable way and at the same time 10 minutes walk fron the station and city centre. A supermarket is also located just outside the building. Mr Fabio has been always available to help. We had a problem with the washing machine and in few minutes he came to help us. Mr Fabio has also advised us regarding restaurants in addition to a lot of touristic information being available in the department, from the main atttactions to the best bakeries where to buy the delicious strudel. The touristic card, provided as part of the apartment cost, can be used for all attractions and local trains. Thank you to Mr Fabio and Ms Anna!

For anyone this is an excellent place to stay in Bolzano. Highly recommended.

Fabio met us at the entrance to the block, was most hospitable, showed us the flat and after that we communicated by messaging easily prior to leaving. We were three adults and a boy and fitted in fine into the 2 rooms. We used the verandha, the TV, the dishwasher, the cooker and made our own meals. Fabio also gave us a list of restaurants he had prepared which was excellent. The flat is clean as new, furnished with everything you need and has some special personal touches.

Very helpful and friendly host! We get many information about Bozen and the Bozen Card (incl. Free ride of cable car, guided tours etc.). Our son realy enjoyed the toys in the apartement :-) Breakfast was very excellent We hope, to come back one day...
