The hotel is simply amazing. Has a great location and excellent facilities. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Beach not so crowded even in high season. I also recommend to try Lemoni restaurant, they serve really delicious food.
You will be happy with for stay for sure :)

All facilities in one place. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodation with direct exit to the pool, plenty of options for breakfast, tasty dinner, nice facilities for kids, small but private beach, coffee capsules every morning, towel changing and cleaning every day.
Prices for extras are high, continuous noise from the external A/C units

They have …all, but don’t have the culture of hospitality, they are not near the soul of the tourist.
Ok, like o beautiful car…but the driver….

Mooie locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Alles is schoon.

Quaint village style buildings with greenery throughout. Beautiful setting, overlooking the sea - stunning sunsets daily. Quiet and peaceful
The beach was very narrow

I'm over the moon.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy. hygiene at a high level.
The pool is great with a bar next to it, the water is warm, a tunnel to the private beach where the sea is clean and there are no big crowds.
Kudos to the staff who carried our luggage and the maids who cleaned our room.
We will come again, we will be glad.
everything was good

Although the room was a bit small for a 5-star hotel, the distribution of space was very well thought of - our son had like a separate room. In addition it was convenient to have a pool access few steps away from the room. Dinner offered good variety of fish. Staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate our requests.
Although the beach allocated to the hotel is in a very convenient distance and easy access, the beach is actually like a gravel pit - no sand. So we decided to explore Sithonia to find a better place. For a 5-star hotel breakfast becomes boring on the 4th day and we stayed full week.

Deep pool, dark room, there was no insects net, mosquitos are a problem

The premises; the hotel is located by the sea in a beautiful garden

Very good breakfast and dinner food options plus sweets.
Parking inside with covers against drops.
Nice courtyard and architecture design with many plants and flowers around.
Have slippers and bathrobe among amenities.
Very nice pool with poolbar, large enough to fit all the staying guests, having an umbrella + lounge chairs for each room. First floor has access direct to the pool from room's balcony /terrace.
Bathroom air refreshing system not good design making bathroom to have a persistent smell. Without this issue I'd give it 10 out of 10.
Floors 2 & 3 are accessible only by stairs, not having elevator, making difficult for impaired people to carry their luggage.

Rooms, facilities and friendly staff.
Poor breakfast variety and plenty of insects around. Prices a bit high.

Receptionists manipulative behavior, not enough food choice

The room was spotless and very spacious and two BIG balconies to enjoy the views. Bed very comfortable and pillows had different thicknesses to choose from. Lots of varieties to choose from for breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially when I had a little accident and sprained my ankle!
Food was not very hot. Food labels should show clearly if it contains meat e.g. the description for the omelette described it contained vegetables only but when I started to eat it I noticed it had meat.
Most of the salads had onions in them not many options without. Found it strange seeing Brussels sprouts for breakfast!

Lovely hotel set in extensive grounds. We were upgraded to luxurious villa type accommodation overlooking the pool which was very nice. Location wise you do need a car unless you are happy to enjoy the hotel surroundings and spend time around the pool with the odd trip out by shuttle or taxi. Buffet style food was good and staff very pleasant.

Very nice place. Staff is super friendly. In that sense the hotel is quite exceptional. The pool is nice and the sea is great. The hotel is ideal for family with children. Single people would need bored there. Dover and breakfast area fantastic.
-shower does not work at times. The last day there was only a trickle.
-Drinks are not included in dinner. This is ok, but there hotel does not even provide free water. I think this is not good.
-the entertainment program in evenings is ok, at best. Only a few days a week. I missed the saxophone night.
- they offer transfer from the airport, but process are high. It may be cheaper to rent a car.

First of all this is not 5 star hotel. I think that is the most important to emphasize!
we liked the employees at the pool, at diner and beach. They were realy nice. General people who work in a hotel are nice except the ones at the reception. Basically that is it. Nothing special.
There are a lot of things which are not good at this hotel.
First- they have playground for mini golf and mini football and badminton but they charge it 10 euros per hour!! We have kids they told to move at the road or pay for badminton court which is basically not badminton court it is 2 pole with net.
There are some big bugs in the room. You can not live out of mosquitoes. It is not clean how they present it. The playing room is not good. Gym is terrible. Massage do not pay because it is not massage. They say there are some animations at the pool we never saw. Breakfast is always the same!! at least they could make different arrangement so we can think it is different. The beach is another story. It is not it is far away but they let people reserve the sun beds even they wrote it is forbiden. You are a guest of the hotel and you dont have sun bed. I dont know if they are expensive or what but buy few more or realy forbid towel reservations. Anyway there are beautiful beaches in Sithonia you will not stay here. they could put some more effort at the beach. Dinner can be sometimes different but usually it is the same with barbecue change.
Night program , I saw only Greek night it was funny.
