Perfect location in Vourvourou. The house is huge and is fully equipped. The host Tomas and his family are amazing people. We are happy we met them and stayed in Billias house. Would definitely return! đđŻđŻ

The property was very clean and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpful. He greeted us and provided useful information, there were also a welcome gifts.
You need to pass through one of the bedrooms in order to go to the one on top of the house. It is also missing a barbecue.

The house is clean, beds very good, spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Host welcomed us with cold water and some cookies home made. We had no problems regarding checking in or out. Thomas return me the 200Euro deposit, before they check the house, also checking took like 5 minutes.
It is mentioned in description: are only 2 bathrooms, one of them with shower. Another shower is outside. For 8-9 people is quite not enough. Also, internet and cellular signal is extremely poor. Only in the night time is working a little, like dial-up - it is not host fault, the entire area is poor in cellular signal. One more thing: to reach upstairs bedroom, we should pass through another bedroom. In the rest everything is OK. We had no problems with the things mentioned, except internet.

Clean, plenty of beds to sleep 8 and located in Vourvourou, where you have 15-20 mins drive to all great beaches of Sithonia (main reason for booking it)
1. The house isnât detached. Thereâs no fence with the neighbor, who has a large, untrained dog, that jumped on all of us, including my 3-year old. Feeling totally unsafe, we had to move. The host knew about the dog, asked the neighbor friend to build a small fence in the back (suggesting he knew the dog is dangerous) but nothing was done about the rest of the property (front terrace where you have your meals and access path to the house.
If youâre OK with dangerous dogs, book the house. If not, tell the host and heâll speak with the neighbor. Be warned though, the neighbor rents too and his house is per friendly!
2. The Booking.com ad is misleading. It says two âbathroomsâ, when in fact thereâs two toilet rooms, one with a small shower. Plus an outside shower to clean the sand off your feet. Thatâs it. For 8 people.
3. The Booking.com ad is also misleading as it doesnât say that the house isnât detached.
4. Thereâs also supposedly free parking. Thereâs actually a single parking space for each house. 8 people, 1 parking space. Thatâs doesnât work.

We found the outside shower very useful. We liked the welcome gifts from the host . Having dishwasher and washing machine is a big plus.
The bathrooms are quite small and only one has shower. For us (were 5) was OK because we mainly used the outside shower.

The meet and greet with the owners was very pleasant and they were super helpful. Great share apartment, close to the local hotspots and beaches.
Unfortunately the upstairs bathroom needs work. The shower is too small and the plumbing system have to be updated.

The house is in a quite area with garden, lounge area, very nice.
Anyway the location is nice and very clean.
The hosts are not very nice,, although at the begining were great.
They accuse us of old damages in the house in order to keep the damage deposit; on departure the inspectation of the house took at least an hour and i feel like a thief (checking everyting including the numer of forks, spoons, garbage basket, all the things in the house); inappropiate baths for 4 bedrooms(there were only a wc and a small bathroom with a shower) that werenât really 4 bedrooms but 3 rooms and 1 improvisation.
Our mistake was that we didn't announce that we are 9 people (instead of 8 when we make the reservation) because we didn't think is necesary (we reserve the entire house), and the hosts use this reason to keep 150 eur from damage deposit.
Anyway I ended my vacation in a very bad mood.
