Chambre parfaite pour notre famille, spacieuse et propre. Etablissement très bien situé, face à la mer. Réception accueillante et serviable. Je recommande sans problème!

Room was perfect. Nice and clean and modern. Good shower. Breakfast was good, couldn't sit in dining room with dog and enjoy the view but understandable. View was amazing.

Location is great!
It was clean and the room was quite big.
It is very old and owners doesn’t seem to be investing in renovation at all.
Breakfast is ok, but not super attractive

The view over the harbour
Hotels are always noisy! It’s just a fact of staying in a hotel, not just this one
3.4
Good location! The room itself was recently painted and clean. Excellent view.
It’s lit up on the inside like a prison! Have you never heard of dimmers? Also, the parking situation is awful.

The location was good for exploring Skye and next to a petrol station.
The walls were paper thin. I could hear people snoring, laughing, talking all night long on my first night. I was moved for the second night but it was still the same.
The beds and bedding also weren’t comfortable. I barely slept over the 2 nights.
Ridiculous prices charged for very basic accomodation.

Location
Was fine generally

Needed accommodation for 1 night as we caught a late ferry back to Skye and didn't want to drive through the night to go back home. We booked this hotel as it had a 24/7 manned desk and allowed late check-ins (we checked in at 11.30pm).
Double room and en-suite bathroom were clean.
Nice view of the sea and boats, but window couldn't be opened fully.
Hotel decor was dated and room was cramped.
Walls were thin and we heard other guests walking or talking in the corridor, throughout the night.
We had some concerns about the quality of the plumbing in the bathroom (room was on the lower floor), as toilet bowl had a brown residue, which disappeared upon flushing. The residue was back again by the next morning. The water from the sink appeared fine, but only trusted it for washing hands and brushing teeth.
Overall room was okay for our purposes, however I wouldn't recommend it for more than one night. Price paid (£189) didn't match our expectations as we've stayed in better accommodations for less. Won't be back.

View from our room was outstanding, food and service was very good
No negatives

The location was great, with multiple restaurant options within walking distance and easy access to the water
The sheet on the bed wasn't fitted, it was a flat sheet tucked around a mattress that was very dingy- the sheet was thin enough to see through to the mattress. Everything from the sheets to the toilet seat felt flimsy and cheap. The toilet wasn't cleaned (it wasn't even flushed) and there was no loo roll. To her credit though, the receptionist was quick to fix the loo situation when I asked.
3.4
location, you could sit on a bench and look at the ocean.
car park not big enough.
3.4
good location.
not very cordial staff.

Location. Basically, beside co-op store and petrol station. Good bedroom and bathroom. Good breakfast. Free parking nearby if you arrive late.
It was quite expensive, but this is the isle of Skye prices.

Hotel is in a good location on Isle of Skye. It was plain but clean.
Room felt like my college dorm room. Small and clean but cramped and very basic. Hotel is older but provided clean beds and all the necessities.
3.4
The bathroom was well fitted out and the bed was comfortable, and the views from the window in the room and the restaurant were lovely
There was a lot of noise from the room above. The guests weren't noisy but any footstep or movement seem to echo through the ceiling. The bedroom was quite small. It was fine as I was on my own but if there were two guests it would have been quite a squish.
3.4
All of it and the staff are second to none - so pleasant and accommodating - good ambassadors for the hotel.
Have absolutely no complaints and would recommend to friends ad family
3.4
great central location for the event we were attending
Night time staff were rude and unhelpful when asking for help
3.4
The hotel done what we needed it to which was to get our head done after a gig.
old fashioned, not the cleanest I’ve stayed in
3.4
Brilliant location
Wasn't really dog friendly with dining arrangements
3.4
great view from
our window
breakfast was poor
bed hard and uncomfortable
parking very difficult due to small crowded car park
The entrance to the hotel is very un inviting. Could be easily made more welcoming with some greenery. Hotel is right in the street opposite some very gritty looking houses. Of some flowers or trees were planted across the road where there is bare grass in front of unkempt looking houses it would
make a big difference to the vibe of Dunnollie’s. just feels grotty and uncared for

After complaining that we were assigned an incorrect room, based on the original description, they finally, somewhat reluctantly moved us to a real King size room...
Arrival 1.
"Hello", we greeted the non smiling receptionist; "hello, no check in before 3" she responded...
Arrival 2 (after long drive to kill time).
Check in, get keys to room. Room much smaller than it should have been. Go back to reception. Ask to check that we are in the right room. Oh, yes. I sure that it doesn't for the picture nor description. Eventually we're given keys to a larger room that is a better match to the description. We accept.
Room servicing
A note says there won't be servicing of the rooms. We paid expecting the rooms to be serviced. Apparently they don't have enough staff. Or management told the receptionist. She doesn't know. The first story to us. The second to another party who arrived after us.
We hung up the notice asking for room to be serviced
Arrived back after day out. Got new towels (which we didn't need), the bed remained unmade, and the bins unemptied...
Price for one night
Double what we paid for a hotel, 100 times better in Edinburgh a couple of nights later.

Good price
Felt dirty

it was very good in all aspects.
we could not open the bedroom window due to rotten wood.

Great view.

Great location, friendly staff , very clean and comfortable
Window needed a net or blind. We directly faced the restaurant and could see people clearly, so they could clearly see us. Need to close curtains which made room dark.
3.4
location and the person in the reception was good
the hotel needs a lift or a ramp to avoid stairs. The bartender was not a polite person and he treated us like we are not paying for our stay.

The two girls on reception were incredably helpful and friendly. We had traveeled on a Honda Goldwing and allowed us to park it right outside the front door. They advised on locations, sights and facilities. I can not wait to go back.
Absolutly nothing.
