The location was great really close to township and facilities we needed. It
close to the station where we were able to catch a train into Troon and Glasgow.
parking was available on the street.
Shops and restaurants were close by and there were lots to choose from.
The property was disappointing, it appeared unclean, lots of dust, bench tops not clean etc. The bathroom , the shower door was unable to be closed properly and leaked water.
Linen was old and discoloured.
For some reason there was a lots of other Linen left drying in the bathroom.
The small outdoor area was unkempt and with an empty pot plant full of cigarette butts.

No problem for me but could see problems on parking. I was lucky to be able to park across road in street.

Rather odd layout, with tiny kitchen, but OK for one night.
Missed the email with the booking in instructions, but could be us to blame.

Great location. Excellent value for money.
Really small kitchen, but it had all that we needed.

Easy walking distance for local shops.
Lack of parking outside property.

Comfortable bed. Nice lounge area with sofa bed. Choice of channels on tv
Shower cubicle large enough but door opens at funny angle and makes getting in and out awkward. Kitchen cupboards and drawers could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Damp towels on rail in bathroom left there to dry leaving a slight musty smell on them

Clean and comfortable, well equipped, easy to find. The instructions for the local taxi (Streamline) in the booklet provided was useful. We couldn't get a Bolt but the local taxi worked and was easy to book even for 5:30am. Our kids appreciated Netflix available on the tv,
The heating is programmable. The owner/staff could have set it up to make the apartment warm by our arrival (we did indicate when we'd come). 3 hours after our arrival it was still cold inside (heating is slow). It's an easy fix, I hope the owner learns from this mistake. We still recommend this place.

It was hard to fault but we did struggle to get the water hot enough in the shower.

A nice little apartment with everything you need. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Street parking easy to find right in front in April.
My kids said the sofa bed wasn’t too comfy. The regular bed was great.

Great location for us, we found parking easy and the apartment was just what we needed. Great range of places to eat and was close to Troon for a visit too.
The shower wasn’t very powerful and wasn’t very warm for our personal liking but it didn’t affect what we thought of the apartment and we would use it again in future
