The breakfast was amazing, the eggs were perfect and the bacon crispy but not dry and overcooked. The lady cooking the breakkie was lovely, as were all the staff, but she, in particular made me feel very welcome, like going home.
The room said sea view but I just overlooked some decaying garages, the room was very small, so much so that you couldn’t walk around the bed. The door kept creaking all night with the breeze from the window, which needed to be open because of the heat. And it could do with updating, for £80 a night I would have expected more, but in fairness in comparison with other hotels it was cheap and you get what you pay for. would still go back, plug the door, and feel quite safe.

This is my second visit to the Navigator Hotel this year, and it was like returning to see a friend. The staff are friendly, welcoming and will do whatever they can to make your stay a good one, even when you only give them 20 minutes notice of your booking and arrival!! The menu is varied and the food well prepared, presented, tasty and there's plenty on the plate. The rooms are comfortable and I never have a problem sleeping here unlike in some other chain hotels I could mention.
Thank you guys for a stress free evening and perfect night's sleep 😊

Breakfast was excellant. The room was cleaned thourghly every day. Views from the front of the hotel over looking the sea is fantastic.
There was a faulty radiator which meant that it was on full and could not be turned off. However this was remided by opening the window. The faulty radiator was reported to the staff.

Staff friendly and location good for sea view but parking problematic as single line line by promenade plus another hotel adjacent. Shopping street behind hotel has a bus every 30 minutues to central Bognor but not apparent in hotel's information. Food copious but stodgy and no cereal or juice listed for breakfast. Hotel intimate because of open plan bar and restuarant but therefore not a residents' relaxing area unless you want to drink. Trade relies heavily on locals and workmen.
Cracked washbasin quite extensive.( We were disturbed by Room no 4 adjacent, with toilet making a noise like power machine starting up. The occupant had complained ) Seaward windows did not fit...one was taped with adhesive tape and most exposed right angled junction had card stuck in gap, which was somewhat ineffective re draught and considerable wind on 3rd and 6th of January. There was no shelf for tooth mug and own toiletries. The hotel placed toiletries on the loo cistern. We used an inconveniently high window ledge. One net curtain secured by sellotape to window top, which fell! Not a hotel for the recluse or those with mobility issues as stairs have one rail and are isolated if one is in trouble.

Lovely friendly staff checked me in and was very helpful. The Bed and bedding was lovely, comfy and warm.
Room 9 was cold. Heating not on all the time and the window was drafty.

Great location, good breakfast.
Very tired, didn’t feel the cleanest but that was largely due to the condition of the room. Felt overpriced given the hotel is 2 star at best.

Fantastic full English breakfast! It was included in the price for our room but was very reasonable if we had had to pay extra.
No cereals or "continental" options but could have had porridge. However, were fully accommodating for any cooked options (eg: fried egg on toast)
