Couldn’t have asked for better

So much more beautiful than the photos! I loved the amount of light that you get inside. Super clean and literally have everything you could need like iron or hairdryer.

Wonderful

This is quite simply superb self contained property for a short stay. The location is excellent: just a few minutes' drive from Chichester and within easy reach of the south coast. The property itself is set within the private grounds of the owners' home so it feels extremely secure and very peaceful. The Boat House itself is a stand alone property of exceptional quality. We had access to everything we required and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Beautiful 😊

It was a coded gate and keys at annex. Host also there to greet us despite our late arrival. Very nice touch. Fresh eggs from the chickens. 😊 Garden furniture, BBQ and loungers with a stunning view of the clients property and gardens.

There is nothing we did not like - sitting/dining area was not large but it also had two outdoor sitting areas to appreciate the weather. Beautiful accommodation, large bedroom with comfortable bed and a great shower.

Great location, warm and comfortable.

Good location, quiet and peaceful. Warm and comfortable for a visit in January. Good facilities, great shower.

Some crockery and cutlery had not been washed very well by previous guests. We were able to sort this easily, but would suggest it needs checking as there is no dishwasher.

Exceptional.hosts have been a godsend with my wife being rushed to hospital during our stay.

A nice holiday apart from the sofa/living area

Shower was very good and the bed comfortable. Nice seating area outside The host (Melanie) was most welcoming and helpful.

The sofa is too small and uncomfortable to watch TV or even just converse on. The sofa alone would prevent us from returning to stay. It is too far from the City Centre for us Being farming country there were rather too many biting insects around. My wife has six nasty lumps on her back

Stylish, well appointed and very comfy one bed annex

Very well appointed stylish and roomy 1 bed annex in the grounds of farmhouse. Everything felt new and fresh and clean. WiFi tv and shower all worked well. Nice outside dining area with bbq. Appreciated the coffee machine. Even a washing machine. Whilst on a farm it’s well located for getting about by car.

Would have been good to have had at least 1 plug with USB ports. The sofa is a little small - comfy enough for 2 for 1 night but would be too snug for a protracted stay.

Hidden Gem

The property was lovely and the perfect location for Goodwood. Really nice and peaceful.

Would benefit from having a small sofa or two armchairs in the kitchen/diner to be able to fully relax and watch the tv comfortably.

Quiet & peaceful but still close to most things

It had everything we could want, peaceful and quiet but still really close to everything, local pub only 10/15 minute walk from the property and a lovely farm shop close by who also did a lovely breakfast in cafe.

Just a very minor thing - we found the chairs a little uncomfortable after sitting on them for a period of time whilst watching the tv (not the dining room chairs), but it was only a minor thing but it wouldn't put us off staying again. We really did enjoy our stay, thank you.

A perfect quiet location for Goodwood Motor Racing Circuit

Great hosts and really close to Goodwood. We stayed an extra night and that was easily accommodated.

Tight parking for a wide car. Could have left it on their drive which was easy
