no AC

the staff were very friendly and helpful

there was no AC in the dorms, making it impossible to sleep. Do not stay here if it is hot in BA, it’s not worth it, I didn’t sleep longer than a couple of hours.

overpriced, not worth it!

the room was clean

the prices are extremely high because of a strange calculating method they use. The facilities are okay, but a lot of insects everywhere. I would recommend renting an airbnb or hotel for a cheaper price!

Disappointing :(

I went by the reviews. I would say it’s a decent hostel. The rooms are old and beds aren’t comfortable at all. location is 👎🏻 You’ll not get any hostel vibes. Only plus is the staff

Wouldn't stay again

Beautiful rooms with period features and friendly welcome on check in. Comfy bed. Big rooms.

Extremely cold, even with the heater on 24/7. The kitchen was very dirty, especially the fridge. Due to nature of the rooms, it was very loud all of the time and hard to sleep even with ear plugs. Very expensive (although it was a public holiday). Not alot in local area, better to stay in San Telmo or Palermo.

Location is good, staff great and ambiance nice.

Shared bathrooms needs some deep and regular cleaning! No soap and seat table in some lavatories.

The room was ok but the bathrooms and showers are outside in the open. If it is cold I do not recommend it

The lobby area and kitchen weren't very clean. I got an eye infection from the pillowcase I guess they hadn't washed it

A good place to relax in Buenos Aires

The people of the hostel, very nice and helpful The location The hostel is very beautiful The small pool and the terraze

Some people took our staff in the kitchen The curtain and the window that opens on the patio broke down on the second day and were not fixed

Very nice stay, little things could improve

Sweet common areas and people leave it clean. Beautiful old style building, the room was very cute. We had a double bed with balcony. The host is very nice and they provide towels etc. kitchen has everything you need plus a home feeling.

Just small things to improve: No toilet paper refill but when we asked they have us some new ones:) No dish washing liquid provided. The pillows were too big and not cozy in our opinion and this made the bed not so comfortable unfortunately. And a mirror in the own room would be a plus for girls.
